We see that you've already made sure to clean and dry the charging contacts, which is a great first step. In addition, please ensure that you are using an approved charger. When charging, use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). It's also important to inspect the case, earbuds, and charger for any damage. If the earbuds are still not charging, check both the case and the earbuds for any damage, as damaged earbuds will not charge. However, if one earbud is damaged, the other earbud will continue to charge. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
