For their price point I wanted something that would both have great sound quality good battery life, and active noise cancelation. I originally was looking at competitors buds at an even higher price point. But decided to give samsung a chance as their products have steadily increased in quality over the years. The sound is crisp and clear. The highs are lively, and the bass is impressive for these tiny drivers. Couple it with the audio mixer and the 3d audio that you can modulate with the wear app. And the ability to use either the active noise canceling or the open/adaptive modes is quick and seamless. The controls are just as easy to use. Although they took some getting used to. All in all I am very impressed with these buds.

When using Galaxy AI, there is no need to remove the budsfrom your ear. You can use voice control or open the app function from your phone to use the AI. The live transcribe works great with Buds. The charging case keeps a charge for more than 3 days for me which is great.

These buds are also very comfortable in the ear. Lots of accessories like cases and lanyards for the buds are also available online. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for buds.

Bought 5 months ago and is broken. Ear buds won't charge anymore. Sent it for repair and samsung repair claims it has water damage. There is simply no way it can have water damage. These earbuds never go near any water source. EVER. it sits in my work desk. SAMSUNG HAS LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER! I have used Samsung for past decade and I will not be swindled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise canceling is really good on these - especially with any fan-type noises which it totally blocks. So far, no issues with call quality. Galaxy AI is supposed to ensure my voice is picked up, even in noisy environments, or when the mics are having trouble. The lights are nice - I use the lights when I'm in the train in hopes that if somebody wants to talk, they see the headphones first.

About these just before Black Friday for a trade in of my Galaxy buds 2, which I love. Unfortunately, these don't live up to the hype. The controls are a pain and the overall sound quality is okay. The main problem I had is that the plastic bulb apart that sits in the outer ear is just too big and hurts my ear if I have them in longer than 20 minutes. When I started going back to using my old buds I realized I just needed to return these ones. They're just not worth it. I hope Samsung revisits their old style, as trying to look like airpods is not worth it when it sacrifices comfort.
