To make sure you get the best audio experience, we suggest ensuring the ear tips fit snugly without any gaps. This helps minimize sound leakage and maximizes audio quality. When you have selected the most comfortable ear tips, check for the directional markings at the bottom of the earbuds; "L" is for the left ear and "R" is for the right. When inserting them, make sure the "R" faces you for the right earbud and the "L" does the same for the left. For a better fit, try angling the earbud slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth—it can make a noticeable difference! You might also want to rotate them a bit until they feel just right.
