El sonido es excelente, con buenos graves y claridad tanto en música como en llamadas. La cancelación de ruido funciona bastante bien para el día a día, y el modo ambiente también es útil cuando necesito estar atento a lo que pasa alrededor. Son cómodos, se ajustan bien al oído y no molestan aunque los use por varias horas. La batería me ha durado lo suficiente para no tener que preocuparme durante el día, y el estuche se carga rápido. Además, la conexión con el teléfono es súper fluida y los controles táctiles funcionan sin problemas. Lo único que no me convence es que sacarlos del estuche no es tan cómodo como debería. A veces cuesta agarrarlos bien, especialmente si tienes los dedos un poco húmedos o estás con prisa. Fuera de ese detalle, son unos audífonos muy completos. Les doy 4 estrellas porque todo lo demás funciona excelente.

I bought a new Galaxy phone and these earbuds so I could hear and talk in a noisy environment. Unfortunately they fall out of my ear the second I move my head, so I can't even wear them when I'm working at my desk. I'm horribly disappointed that I wasted my money. They might work great but I'll never know. Don't buy them if you have a fairly open outer ear, they will be useless for you.

I really don't have a problem with them. Good battery life. I love the actual light feature that it has; sound is excellent. Phone calls are great. People never complain, so over. With the buds I can have them both in and with the adaptive noise controll. while in a airport, I was still able to hear the announcements, people around me, while filtering out the airplanes as the took off and land. The overhead music is muted but still there. To me this is a game changer. I can still hear people and things around me with out having to go to a quite place. Not used to the longer dongel but I think it gives it charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all the Samsung Pro series buds. My new Galaxy Buds3 Pro are by far the best sounding out of all of them. The Buds2 Pro are a close second. The Buds3 Pro have the new Galaxy AI. I really do enjoy all my Samsung Buds.

Having owned the original buds, as well as Live and Pro, I was excited to get my hands on these. Strictly from the sound perspective, these are fantastic. Definitely an improvement over the previous generations. I liked them so much that I bought another pair just for my home office. If I was leaving this review 2-3 months ago, I would have easily given these 5 stars. That is however until I noticed a crack forming at the top of the right ear bud. Identical to what was described by a number of others. Knowing that these have never been dropped, I can only assume its an issue with material or design. However, based on Samsung's warranty disclaimer, this is considered "physical damage," and it not something they cover. Which is a shame because it puts a pretty significant damper on what is otherwise a great product.

I really love the audio from these and a lot of other features are quite nice. However, the "blades" are an extreme annoyance. They catch on any article of clothing or anything else that might get close to my head. The controls on them are neat, but do not make up for the negatives. I sincerely hope the next iteration of Samsung Buds go back to being Buds and not wannabe iPods
