Connectivity and battery issue

Don’t buy these You will cry , they don’t connect to your phones and has bad battery life . I’m going to have to buy another headphones

We apreciate your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Sammy. Your feedback is always needed! We see that you may be experiencing some concerns regarding the connection to your phone as well as the battery life. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro provides up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If you are looking to extend your battery life, there are a couple of adjustments you can make. When you are not using the earbuds, keep them in the charging case with the cover closed. Also, be sure to adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone. When using iOS, adjust the notification settings in the Galaxy Buds app. As far as the connection, we recommend checking out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this.
