Good buds for noise cancelling and music
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Adaptive mode which adjusts ambient noises. Love the music output. Love the idea of live translation, but haven't used it yet. No issues with battery life. Few issues with connections.

Best buds ive ever had. Definitely recommend. You will not regret it.
Ok but...
They do not fit into my ears comfortably nor do they stay in my ears for more than a few minutes. The sound quality is good and the buds themselves look good. I have a pair of galaxy buds fe and those fit into my ears better.

Burning smell on the earbuds
[Employee of samsung] I bought 2 bud pros for me and my wife during thanksgiving. Both of them have constant burning plastic smell that's nauseating. I am disappointed with the product.

terrible battery life
battery is terrible drains when not in use at a rapid pace compared to previous generations , sound quality is just ok for the price, i honestly would not recommend these, only positive i can give is the ease of connectivity to samsung devices.

Had these for several weeks and I find them lacking in battery life, my cheap ear buds even outlast these ear buds, besides the short battery life i really like them. I have use them one ear buds at a time, first the R then the Lift.
