[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't think I was going to like the shape of these buds, but they are my most comfortable earbuds yet! I can barely feel them. The sound quality is amazing thanks to the new Galaxy AI enabled equalizer.

I have to connect them to my pc from my phone everytime when I want to use them, very annoying, works great between phone and tablet with the multipoint as they're both samsung devices. This is not the case for my sony XM5. Samsung needs to fix with an update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds every single day. I keep the on me at all time and they are simply wonderful. I use them at work, cancelling out eardrum-destroying server room noise, during meetings and even I'm letting busy. I can let sounds in whenever I want and they last me all day. Using them with voice commands are just as easy especially with Galaxy AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the buds pro3 for 10 months now and they were an absolute DREAM... for the first 7-8 months. I started getting a loud squeal every 3 or 4 seconds if ANC or pass thru was enabled which was... disappointing to say the least for what they're charging.. and, speaking of charging... after about another month, the right bud just.. stopped charging. I could get thru without any or pass thru but losing a whole bud hurt too much to overlook. To their credit, Samsung Support did well by me. After reaching out and a brief interaction with AI, I was greeted by an actual person and they set me up to send them in for a repair/replacement. Ive yet to receive them back but I have no reason to doubt they will be in anything less than peak performance condition. Overall, GREAT headphones with a big BUT my pair started giving out riiiight before my warranty was up.... which raises some red flags for me on their build, especially for the cost. Get em if you want quality buds and have a bit of disposable income or can get em on an installment plan.

My personal experience with the new version after having used Galaxy Buds2 Pro in the past, was not as positive. The fit (for my ears) feels better with previous version and the sound quality is not as sharp, perhaps because the fit of Buds3 is not ideal for me. The taping commands are not innovative or extra; in my opinion, it's lacking. Personal request to Samsung, keep your original style, no need to look like the competitors. Round lilac buds are aesthetic (to my eyes) and much preferred by my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best ear buds Samsumg has produced thus far. They provide good comfort, great sound and a convenient recharging case. But they're not perfect. The battery lufe could be improved which is why they only warrant 4 out of 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Galaxy AI" I have the buds 3 pro and I don't like the battery life on active noise setting which last about 3 hours at most and I will have to put back on charger. Also, if the buds are not placed correctly in the case, 1 earbud will be charge and the other not. I have to wait for the red light to show and have to place one at a time. Other than this, this buds are amazing. I like the features and the ease to control them.

The light really makes them stand out. Easy on the ear and very comfortable. Better than any airpods I've ever owned. Great job Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The implementation of Galaxy AI is great. I wear these for long hours frequently and rarely do tjey feel uncomfortable and having the ability to have a widget where I can change modes quickly allows for smooth operation.
