Listening to music and videos is better than my Samsung Home stereo system! GAME CHANGER - Use Galaxy AI to live translate conversations - it's simply amazing.

I'm a mechanic so I listen to music just about most of the day so the headphones are always in my ear. Perfect for work, ambiant mode kicks in when someone starts talking to so the music turns low enough to hear the person talking to you and goes right back up when it doesn't hear anymore voices. Also reads the phone number of an incoming call and can answer or decline which is perfect for me being a mechanic. Has plenty of other features but those are my favorite, but others might like the noise cancelling which works great but don't use it at work.

I was looking for a new pair of ear buds that provide a stem and these fit the bill. The midst and treble are fantastic on these and the bass is good. Overall I am very pleased with these.

Just received these buds as I just bought a . I have been using XM5 buds by sony for sometime. I wish I could return buds 3 pro as sound, ease of use, and noise canceling are not on par with my old buds. Two problems 1 noise cancelling is poor where do I get different tips for a better fit. 2 eas of use is inconvenient, tapping the buds to perform actions like my old xm5 way easier than pinching. Main reason I'm leaving review is poor noise cancelling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traded in my Buds2 Pro for the new upgraded version and it was a good decision. The new design is striking and the sound is amazing with tons of customization within the accompanying mobile app. The preinstalled tips were a little large and not the best fit according to the earbud fit test so I was easily able to swap to the small tips included in the package. I was lucky and did not appear to have received defective tips as some others have experienced. New tips fit perfectly and enhanced call quality greatly for me. I'm still learning how AI works but overall these are a stellar uograde from the former "bean" factor I traded in. Oh and the LED lights on the stem blades worked great when I dropped one in a dark bedroom...easy to find!

The functionality is amazing though. Love how when I talk I can hear around me, combined with the noise cancelation when I'm not talking. Truly exceptional. Seamless actions across apps make it even easier to enjoy.

I see that I’m not the only one having the battery life issue. I just got back from a trip and had these on a plane and after maybe 2 and a half hours they died on me after being charged to 100% and with ANC off. I always keep them in the case when not in use and when I connect them to my Samsung S25 Ultra they say 100%. I purposely turned off ANC just to see if that was eating up battery life. I maybe got 3 hours (and that’s being very generous) before they died on me and I had to put them back into the case for charging. Not even close to the 6 to 7 hours Samsung states it should last with ANC off.

And the noise canceling? FANTASTIC! I work in a noisy environment and these block it out completely. Definitely recommended these to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have fantastic quality, with all audio modes being extremely easy to toggle between. I especially LOVE the ability to change the volume just by saying the words "volume up" or "volume down". Crazy convenient!!! Galaxy AI is super helpful as well, and a big improvement over the previous models. The fit is the best part, as these fit my ears better than other more expensive buds. The only hiccup I've experienced is a strong "humming" sound coming from the right bud. This is super unfortunate as I'll have to exchange these. This was the only negative I've experienced with this purchase.
