Let's just say she uses the competitor headphones lol

Noise canceling is great. Haven't used them in a call yet so can't comment on that aspect. Overall I'd take these 10 times over the beats.

The use of the adaptive functions listening to my environment and seamlessly changing from noise canceling to ambient sound amplification have helped me out with hands free communication, no need to reach up and pull out an ear buds or manually pause it. And the quality of sound is very immersive shooting videos with my kids using 360 sound makes it feel like we are in those fun memories on vacation. The right bud has stopped charging all together. I've read through reddit people have had tons of issues with the connectors on these buds/case. I've tried everything to get my right bud to charge and unfortunately nothing has worked. Im pretty sure it's just defective or the charging pins aren't working correctly. Samsung use to make decent quality.

There's also a high pitched half second screech when putting both earbuds in. This occurs after about every 10 uses. Maybe include an all matte black, blue or red option.
