Having said that, I expected it to not just look like but be better than the competition. Personally, for some reason, I could not get the comfort using it, as it always gives a feeling of falling off (it did a few times). The app does help you find the right fit. Sound is good and the features help you customize the experience. The touch functions are hit and miss but you can customize the options. For the price point, I expect it to be a lot more to get 5 star ratings.

However I wish the bass would have more of a presence when using the budpro3. Even with adjustments, the bass doesn't hit as some of the JBL ear buds I've used out the box. I've had these headphones since they released. They are THE WORST iteration by far. I've had every single version of these headphones. Use during any active activity is completely useless. The swipe feature for volume never works. Trying to "pinch" the headphones for sound control is so awkward even while sedentary, you almost rip them out each time you go to pause. Forget doing that while running. They're super uncomfortable! They don't fit under even large ear protection. Like it's nice to be working in the shop and have your headphones in under the hearing protection. The noise canceling is noticeably worse than the pro 2. Then it's just ugly. The old style that fully formed and locked to your ear was perfect. I've been just pushing through it but now they're not charging well and not syncing together so I'm taking them back on my warranty and getting the FE version since those resemble the pro 2
