However the low score is because of the issue with putting the buds back into the case. It won't read the buds. I have to open the case take the earbuds out close the case, open the case back up reinsert the buds again, maybe they'll start charging, but typically they do not. So then I will have to keep doing that, taking them out, putting them back in taking them out, putting them back in until finally, they will register. That part is very, very aggravating, and that's the reason for the low score.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realy love my earbuds, they're light weight and fit really well. I like the smart technology Adaptive mode. The noise canceling is great as well. The only down side I've found so far is the battery doesn't last as long as my Galaxy Bud+. Using ambient sound or Noise Canceling will drain the battery fast. But over all I like them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these everyday since launch day and I only have good things to say about them. I was initially worried they would fall out a lot while I go rock climbing but the new ear tips have a really good amount of friction to stay in place while doing workouts. I also use them while at work with the ambient sound mode turned on which really helps staying aware of people and conversations around me. I haven't been able to use the lighting feature very much since it only works when you have both earbuds in but that's not a big deal for me personally. Overall I'm very happy with these the sound quality is really nice even without the high quality audio turned on and the battery life with ambient noise turned off is more than enough to get me through a full shift. I've heavily considered getting a 2nd pair in the white color just because of how much I like them.

Pros: sleek look, good sound, good noise cancelling. Fitment is pretty good. Ambient setting is a very nice feature. Cons: during the usage of the ambient setting, if you grab the earphone just wrong, it will make a high pitched squeal in your ear that is rather uncomfortable .

I've had these for about a month and they're wonderful. I use them daily in Zoom meetings and Slack huddles, they connect very quickly and switch devices just as fast. I use a fan for white noise, and it cancels that very well, and the same for the lawn mower. For me, they stay in my ears and fit a lot better than the Buds 2 Pro, which used to fall out of my ears fairly consistently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only negative thing I have to say is the fitting. There are days these things just don't want to stay in. They tend to fall out more if I begin to wear them later in the day when my skin has naturally produced more oils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds connect to my phone so FAST. I love that there is an equalizer and the charge lasts for days. I wear them at work all day long with no need to charge until the end of the day. The voice command feature is absolutely excellent. The process of adjusting the volume with a stroke of the stem is wonderful. These are worth every penny I paid.

Solid Ear buds. It fits well but adjustments are needed for it to be perfect. It's so close just a few things can make it better. Noise cancelation needs to be better and fit needs more shaping. It looks good and take a minute to adjust to the earbuds but it is solid. 8.5/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a new phone recently and when I did i decided I wanted to get a new pair of wireless earbuds and these are great, the sound pass through let's me hold genuine conversations while im listening to music, the ANC is also great, the implementation of their "3d sound" is also amazing, when thunder strikes when im watching a show it feels like there's actually thunder striking, sounds like music plays around your head and the voices come from the direction of your phone, overall amazing earbuds and im excited for the one ui 7 updates as well !
