Ugh. It's sad how much support was offered before the purchase then they send you off to India. The headphones are smaller at the posts and fall 9ff when I walk even after changing runner thingies out. Then I was out of country when they came in. Bu the time I got to them I was 2 days too late for the return. Really?? Samsung has such good ratings but this product is a huge disappointment. It's like buying a beautiful pair of expensive gold earrings with posts that don't fit. Such a shame

The most concerning issue is the very real risk of losing them. In fact, I've already lost one of the earbuds due to this persistent problem. For a product designed to be worn in your ears, their inability to stay put is a major design flaw. If you're considering the Samsung Galaxy Buds, I would strongly advise caution, especially if you've had issues with earbuds staying in your ears in the past. The constant worry of them falling out, combined with the actual loss of an earbud, makes these a very disappointing purchase. I expected much better from Samsung.

But innovation on this is by far superior than the air pods. However I do wish that the design was unique like the ones prior to this. I feel like these have the same possibility of dropping as the buds. Translation was fun to use. But again not 100 percent perfect but does get the job done. It's a good pair of wearables and def worth getting if you can get them discounted.

Pros: the form factor is a huge upgrade in terms of call quality, fit quality, and usability. The previous versions always gave me issues with fit and sound, but the buds 3 pro has never bothered me with fit comfort. The silver color also makes the buds look a lot more premium than plastic white. Cons: the stem controls are not the greatest, and their sensors do not work quickly. The touch controls are not very intuitive. Example touch click should switch to next song, but sometimes it just paused and plays the song again due to the touch reading errors. The stem controls really need to be fixed in order to make this earbud a true top winner.
