I use my buds a lot while shopping to drown out the noise and I hear nothing around me while using them. The way you change songs or pause using the buds took some getting used to but nothing that hindered my use. I know there was some Galaxy AI talk with these but I'm not 100% sure what that entails in my use with them. Nothing specifically has jumped out at me for that.

You have to push it in most of the time for some reason it doesn't stay in. So I am not to happy with it because i can't wear in for long period of time.

So I've had these for a little over 2 months. I'm trying to stay positive with them. They don't stay in my ears good. And I have used all the tip sizes that came with them. Sound quality is great! The light up function doesn't seem to work on mine but I'm going to keep trying in case it's user error. But if I'm not extremely satisfied soon, these will be going back. Sorry Samsung. Just being honest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product overall from the last generation. Feels more comfortable and irritates my ears far less than the bud pros 2. Although, it has issues randomly where it makes high pitched sounds, and will lag with sound as if it's far away from the other ear bud. Even though the other one is in the case. Noise canceling is phenomenal, and the sound quality is fantastic. The other issues thankfully are an easy fix, just place both ear buds back in case and at times restart phone.

Not to mention a better noise cancelation that doesn't add pressure to your ears. The only problem is that they are bigger and chunkier than I'd like. I like the minimal style of earlier iterations.

I bought mine back in Oct/November and right around Jan I lost my headphones. I dropped them in the early morning just before a fresh layer of snow came. Our driveway was plowed and by the time I got home, I couldnt find them and considered them lost. Two days ago I went searching around the melting snow pile from our driveway being plowed and found them in the partially melted pile! I ran inside, plugged them in and they still work great!
