My old ear buds are now sitting in the junk drawer collecting dust. The sound is great. Noise canceling is the best I ever as had. Now I can hear people talking to me and they can hear me talking to them in my loud work truck. They can't belive that can hear me clearly.

When I work, I can rest assured that they won't fall out. And the ambient sound is a great feature for allowing me to listen to my environment yet still having my music and podcasts on. The Galaxy AI is a game changer. Using the live translator with the AI helps me communicate and understand others seamlessly.

I've tried all three sizes; using different combinations, and if I talk while wearing them, they come loose. Changing the tips caused them to rip feairly easily. I had to buy 3rd party replacements... Because there are no Samsung replacements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three weeks ago I received my buds, after these three weeks there are things I would like to share, the battery is certainly one of the best aspects, I usually use it during school especially when I study and even some days I have used them for almost 6 hours and they still have enough battery to stay focused and I like that the sound quality, is spectacular . I am also a person who sometimes likes to play videogames as a hobbie and these buds improved my experience when playing, although there are some things that could be better. the first thing is the design of the case and the buds because when I want to put them in the case to charge them it is a little difficult due to the shape of the buds, and other things that could be improved with an update is to turn on the lights, I would prefer to add the option to turn on with some button, and the last thing is that when I'm in a place with a lot of people around and I use my buds with active noise cancellation at the maximum level sometimes the cancellation is reduced in the voices even if you don't have the voice detection option activated, and as an extra one of the best functions of these buds is the interpreter with Galaxy AI which I have used on some occasions and it is simply fascinating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the buds 3pro. Everything about them is amazing. The sound quality is excellent and the bass is unlike any earbuds I've ever used. The voice control functions work pretty decently, and I love that they don't require a wake word. The ANC/Ambient sound is also wonderful and the buds can actively switch between the two.
