The one constant complaint was this sort of pressure in my ear when on the phone which made long phone calls very uncomfortable but with these buds 3 pro, it's like it's not even there. The sound quality is good as expected, wasn't sure about the stem design but I've grown to love them. The Galaxy AI live translate is amazing when talking to my parents, it's like we're living in the future! Galaxyai is a bonus to these great earphones!

The bass and sound when I am working out is amazing and makes me go harder. The noise cancelation feature is awesome no background noise can be heard.

Bought these last week. The sound quality is good, but they just don’t stay on. They keep falling out of your ear, and you have to keep putting them back on with every movement, which is uncomfortable. I'm currently using the smallest size earpiece gel cap, but experiencing the same problem.

There are some moments where it doesn't quite catch my ear correctly, which can be a little frustrating. Overall, though, it's a big step up from the previous version. Hopefully, those small glitches will be ironed out soon.

First of all, I do not mind the design change, as I feel they feel better in my eyes. Appears like they addressed the ear pad swapping issue as well. Used them during a 4 hour flight with good noise cancelling, with clarity in movie voices and effects.

The call quality is not as good as the buds2 pro, people always say I sound like I'm not talking into the mic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy buds really sound amazing and so far the best sounding earbuf. I really like how the blade is use to control the sound instead od tap because from the previous gen I would accidentally tap the TouchPad while readjusting the earbud. I don't think the battery life is as good as previous gens but it honestly a small price to pay compared to how they sound. (It's just a 2-3 hour difference I think). Then the ambient sound really makes it sound like the buss aren't even in my ear. Mic quality is great also but in order to be heard you do have to speak really clear. I'm not sure if there are mic setting in the app to change it or not. And the galaxy ai being used for the adaptive mode to know when to switch while talking to someone or when to switch to noise canceling is pretty good. Overall, great earbuds. Definitely would recommend at least trying them out and just send back if they're not your cup of tea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last pair I had was SkullCandy's noise canceling sport buds which were impressive I will admit and they lasted a long time 6-7 years so I debated a long time before choosing to go with Samsung's buds. Not only do they cancel outside noise and wind distortion, but I keep forgetting I have them in especially when I pause my music and have my hands in something until someone tries to speak to me. I look at them confused saying you don't need to whisper.... Duh, these things cancel noise like crazy and the battery life is very impressive. I'm pretty sure they can outlast my Galaxy s22+'s when both are fully charged. Samsung products just keep getting more and more impressive over time.
