[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound. Easy to control. seamless actions across apps, answers calls and then back to music without a hitch. I wish they stayed in better but my ears are hard to fit. The fit test helps find right size buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Buds3 Pro to replace a pair of beats earbuds. Sound quality is at least twice as good. Great bass for such small drivers. Noise canceling is great. Haven't used them in a call yet so can't comment on that aspect. Overall I'd take these 10 times over the beats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from galaxy buds pro to buds pro 3. Best fit in ear and best compliment to my galaxy phone. Tried to go with another brand earbuds but ended up returning that brand and went back to this. The music sound, phone call volume, and fit is the best.

I'd say we've all been swindled with the price. Fitment and touch controls are not as good as the Buds2 Pros. The active noise canceling is lacking as well as certain noises make the headphones crackle and pop. Examples of this being gym environment, any wind, and or loud vehicles. After about 2 weeks of use I already have to seat my right earbud firmly in the case or it will not charge. If you're on the fence the Buds2 Pros are a much better product.

Not the issue with buds 3 pro. I also like the sound quality on these. And ambient sound is what I will use around the office. Great product imo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones sound quality sound amazing! The bass is phenomenal compared to other headphones I've had in the past. The sound can get very loud if I want it to be and the noise canceling is just amazing to get out of noisy environments. On the other side of the noise canceling there is the ambient sound mode which is also very amazing for when I am needing to hear the outside world for things like sirens when I am taking a walk. Another thing that is great is the switching between my galaxy devices. If I am going to switch to another device to watch a video or listen to music I dont even have to manually pair them to the device. All if have to do is simply press play and bam, its connected! Overall there are so many great features with these headphones that I love and all of them have worked flawlessly.

Samsung stated that this is a durable product with an ip rating of 57, not long after I got them, the left bud stopped charging (something I have seen other people state in thier reviews, must be a common issue), so when I sent it in to get repaired (it's still under warranty) they denied repairs unless I pay close to the full price of the earbuds because of water damage. I have not submerged the buds in water at all, and they have an ip rating of 57. So that was either a lie, or my buds were defective in that category. Either way it is unacceptable and the "poor quality control " accusations are still true even after Samsung allegedly fixed it. It's a shame, because I was a samsung guy, and thought these buds would go great with my s24 ultra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I don't use Galaxy AI for my buds I'm sure that if there is a way to incorporate that feature it would make the wearables all that better. I'm a student/employee on a commuter campus so I have lots of opportunity to use my buds and what I enjoy most about them is the spacial sound adaption. It makes it easier for me to focus on the tasks at hand.

Once I started using them, I realized how cool they were especially for the fact that I could take phone calls, and I could use them for translate, awesome earbuds, totally recommend.
