[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new buds are amazing. The sound quality is the best I've had the pleasure of experiencing. The way they work to act as a hearing aid blew my mind and now my wife says I have no reason to not hear her. The translation in real time is great when I'm working with customers that speak little English. The 360 sound is very cool but took me a few min to get used to as I would turn my head and the ear opposite of what I was watching would go real low on the volume. Very cool feature for watching movies via big TV though. And the final awesome feature I love... when I start to talk, the volume lowers automatically. That's some great stuff cause then I don't have to touch my buds or look for my phone to participate in a conversation. I wish some of the high end over the ear headphones did half of what these do.

Even though I can be immersed in my music while working the ai aspect really works if someone is trying to talk to me. Good protection when cutting grass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ended up being my go-to headphones for workout out and doing things like mowing the lawn or biking. They stay in muxh better than my previous brand, and sync fairly seamlessly d from my phone to tablet. The Galaxy AI does take some getting used to, but I found the interpreter feature to be really innovative and quick. These are also better than my previous brand due to their IPX water resistance, protecting from extra sweat, as good earbuds should.

Sound is excellent, however the charging for them is completely unreliable. Case has a full charge but will only charge the ear bud you put in first every time, then when I go to use them 16 hours later the case is almost dead along with the ear bud. Did this from day one and I was hoping it was a software issue. Samsung did nothing to help me resolve the issue.

Had them for about a week and then they died. Samsung ran me through the ringer gave me a complete runaround and were complete jerks. They finally ended up replacing them and they work great they sound great they work great. I am a huge Samsung fanboy but my disappointment in their support leaves me with questions. But the headphones sound great and do everything that they offer.

Good sound quality , the more noticeable issue is the battery life in comparison with the Galaxy Buds Pro and the AirPods Pro 3... Also we need more ear tips, various size, I had use 3 the options provided and they keep falling out of my ear eventually
