[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant say I've used galaxy AI, in which I would love to have the ability to use it with my earbuds, but I have an older model of a Samsung phone (s23 fe) in which i can access the newer features such as the Galaxy AI and integrate it with my buds. But here is my honest review with the earbuds, the sound is amazing, rich and powerful, the ability to customize the bass and do specific sound boosts for different ages is amazing, I've come from the buds fe and when I say it's an upgrade isn't doing it justice, these are without a doubt the best buds I've used for many years, especially integrating it with a samsung ecosystem, it's heaven. Now here is my downside, it seems that, when using the buds for a longer time frame, it tends to pause anything it's playing and would then resume it as uf nothing has happened, I would hope it might be an issue with my phone's software (outdated perchance) but it's a bit annoying when im really concentrated in something only to have it all paused and lose my focus. But non the less, this are amazing earbuds if not the best models for its time, especially the ANC, good when you are concentrated on a task, and for me it's amazing when I have my breaks/lunch at work.

Great headphones for sound quality and noise canceling. But by far the worst Samsung product I own. I had bought a total of three buds 3 and 2 bud 3 pro each pair has the same issue will only charge when they want to. After owning 3 I dont think is a coincidence anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro for a few months now, and honestly, they’ve made my daily life so much easier. The sound is amazing—music sounds super clear and the bass really hits. The noise cancellation is also great, especially when I’m commuting or trying to focus at work. What really surprised me is the Galaxy AI features. I’ve used the real-time translation a couple of times while traveling, and it actually worked really well. It felt kind of futuristic being able to understand someone through my earbuds. I also use the voice-to-text function for quick notes or messages when I’m out and can’t type, and it’s really accurate. They connect fast to all my Samsung devices, and I love that they switch automatically between my phone and tablet. The voice detect feature is also super handy—it pauses music when I start talking, so I don’t have to take them out constantly. Overall, they’re not just earbuds anymore. With Galaxy AI, they feel like a smart assistant in my ears. I use them every day for calls, music, travel, and even work. Definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore these earbuds! I've been waiting for an AirPods quality pair of true wireless earbuds on Android and these are finally them. I've tried many different earbuds from the likes of Sony and Bose and even Samsung's previous earbuds but nothing comes even close to the quality of both build and sound with these. One thing that I don't like is that they advertised heavily the galaxy AI integration with the translation, however this feature has not been released at launch which is sad to see it so heavily advertised when it is not yet available. Overall these are my favorite earbuds of all time and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality earbuds.

I've had issue with this within a month of getting it. First off the ear tips are fragile to the point that they broke when I tried to remove them. When I try to charge the buds I'm constantly getting the message saying my buds stopped charging because it something was wrong with the contacts to charge. I have to pull them out the case and back in multiple times to get it to charge. The microphone also stopped working on the left side and the right side sounds muffled when talking to others. Contacting support didn't help other then having to buy another. Not worth the headache with all the issues

I caved and bought these especially excited about the "live translation" feature because I work in the medical field with a large Hispanic population and thought this would be a good way to enhance my patient care. I feel like this feature is super falsely advertised. It is not live or real time. It is basically google translate, but then it reads the translation aloud in your buds AFTER it already translates it on your phone when the person is done speaking. Plus Samsung's translation app gets translations wrong frequently enough that I don't dare use it medically so I don't miss important information. So that was unfortunate and defeated the whole point in getting them. Here are the pros and cons I have been dealing with. Pros: - They do sound great! The noise cancelation is great too - The bass for a pair of buds is fairly good quality - The ambient sound is good - They have a fairly good batter life (assuming that the case actually charges them) Cons: - There are some weird alignment issues with the charging points of contact at the bottom of the case so the buds will sometimes not charge when you put them back in the case (has happened to me 4 times in the last week). I have to wiggle them around for the point of contact to make contact - triangular stems are a pain because you have to really take time to orient them to fit back into their case - The bulgy plastic kills my ears after extended use no matter how I've oriented them. - I've had them just fall out of my ears randomly. I attribute this largely to the bulgy plastic and stems causing them to come lose as you look up and down and move your head. I don't dare lean my head over anything like a sink or balcony because I don't trust them to stay in my ears - You have to pinch surprisingly hard to use the pinch feature with is a pain if you are doing something active such as working out and need your hands for stabilization or working. - The adaptive sound mode needs work. It's basically ambient mode at all times until it gets loud. I'd rather it be noise canceling until someone talks to me then go to ambient. Overall I've been heavily debating returning them because I just don't think I should have to convince myself that I love them when the crucial functionality issues in the cons (such as comfort, charging, functionality) are outweighing the less important functionality issues in the pros. Plus I can't imagine wrecking my ears with the bulgy plastic for the next couple years. Now that I have written down my honest review, I think I am going to return them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are very good. The ANC and passthrough is up there with some of the top end over ears I have. I have used these at the gym and can't hear anything if I don't want to. Used them grocery shopping. Lots of phone calls for hands free around the house. These were definitely made to compete. Battery life is also excellent no matter what. I did have a ear tip rip but they gave me a new set within a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a couple of ear buds in the past , but none as clear as the buds pro 3. Noise canceling feature works really well. I can adjust the level of noise canceling. The new touch features allow me to raise and lower the volume directly from the buds itself. I am a bass head and these buds have some mean bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds Pro 3 works seamlessly with my Galaxy 24. The touch controls are easy to understand and functional. When using Galaxy AI, there is no need to remove the budsfrom your ear. You can use voice control or open the app function from your phone to use the AI. The live transcribe works great with Buds. The charging case keeps a charge for more than 3 days for me which is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Galaxy Buds3 Pro with "Galaxy AI" for the past several months paired with my fold 5 phone and have an amazing experience. The transition of calls from phone to buds is pretty seamless and voice quality is good. Listening to music on the buds with active noise cancelling really helps outdoors especially in noisy places like airports and planes. Overall pretty happy with the buds, but battery life could be improved.
