Battery life in this product is disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these earbuds are quite comfortable, I have found the battery life to be somewhat underwhelming. My experience with this product has been a bit frustrating, as I need to charge them every three hours, despite the advertised 24-hour battery life. Furthermore, I have encountered an issue where the right earbud occasionally stops functioning and fails to charge. It is also worth noting that updating this product necessitates both earbuds being fully charged and inserted, which can be inconvenient.

Very good sound, but bothersome
This was my 4th set of Samsung earbuds, most recently stepping up from Galaxy Buds 2. While the sound is great, the fit and controls are a big step backwards. It's difficult to get a good seal (impossible in one ear) and they constantly slip during activity. When readjusting, the "pinch" controls pause or advance/rewind, so I had to disable that feature. I'll be switching back to an earlier design.

poor quality
Samsung stated that this is a durable product with an ip rating of 57, not long after I got them, the left bud stopped charging (something I have seen other people state in thier reviews, must be a common issue), so when I sent it in to get repaired (it's still under warranty) they denied repairs unless I pay close to the full price of the earbuds because of water damage. I have not submerged the buds in water at all, and they have an ip rating of 57. So that was either a lie, or my buds were defective in that category. Either way it is unacceptable and the "poor quality control " accusations are still true even after Samsung allegedly fixed it. It's a shame, because I was a samsung guy, and thought these buds would go great with my s24 ultra.

An IP rating of IP57 does not indicate that your earbuds are waterproof and immune from damage. This indicates they can exposed to some liquid. Great earphones bad eartip scent.
I was very pleased with the sound and features. They are a great add to any samsung smartphone I loved everything about them my only complaint was the material in which the eartips were made out of. They have a very unpleasant chemical scent and it's concerning because it doesn't feel safe to inhale. Really disappointed on samsung's choice for going with a cheaper eartip material despite paying so much for these. I would've expected better materials.

Great for the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great on it,galaxy AI works great too ,but the only thing i notice is charging problems. Sometimes one headphone won't charge but the other will, not sure if it's me or what, but everything else is great.
High-Res Audio Powerhouse

Best ear phones over ever used.

Buds 3 pro ate best headphones ive had so far

To good to be true
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So rich in Bass and clear in high volume. A pin with motion up/down is a best to adjust a volume. A virtual is a plus to monitor a charge. A solid lock-in silicone cups are best designed compared other brand.
Truly the best earphones I've ever worn
