The ambient noise option is great for when I'm listening to an audio book around the house but don't want to completely disconnect. I like how they automatically stop my music so I can hear conversation very clearly. Infact, can hear conversations from afar not normally heard without the buds. Noise cancelation and customization to my hearing is another useful feature.

I've been a life long samsung customer from the beginning and will stay a samsung customer! They do wonderful things with all their products to which i have not been disappointed to this day yet! And dont ever expect to be either! The battery life is good charging case helps as I wear mine for 10hrs plus mon-fri but the quality is what gets me. top notch sound and comfortability and what most company's dont have is a app to adjust everything for the headphones which is a major plus for me and need!
