A snug fit ensures there are no gaps between your ears and the tips, which helps prevent sound leaks and delivers that incredible audio quality we all love. If you need more guidance on changing the tips, we have a handy guide just for that! Once you have the perfect tips on, don’t forget to check the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds. You’ll see an 'L' for the left and an 'R' for the right. It’s really simple: just make sure to insert the R bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and do the same for the left. A little tip: angling the microphone towards your mouth rather than straight down can improve clarity as well.
