I got these as a Christmas gift, beand new. My left earbud suddenly stopped working. I have no idea why. I'm not one to drop my earbuds so for it to stop working suddenly was disappointing. And I enjoy samsung products so now I am stuck debating whether to purchase another pair or go with a different brand. I am truly upset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Buds3 Pro. As a matter of fact, these are the best earbuds that I've ever owned. They do everything I want and need. My only issue, which is minor, it's that I get an ear-piercing reverb noise when I'm inserting them in my ears. This happens about 1 in every 3 uses. Just so I am clear though, these are still the best earbuds that I've ever used.

I have very small ears and fitting those large headphones in was always hard and painful with only small amount of wear time. These new Buds 3 Pros and amazing! The shape is so much better and fits way more comfortably in my ears. I also feel like they stay put much better than previous models. I also never liked the "touch" buttons because if the buds were falling out and you had to push them back in you pushed a button and if on a call would hand up. I love the new steam on these with the click button commands! I really hope samsung sticks with the improved design with feature models. Also the best noise canceling compared to previous models.

Only knock i have with the device is that people can't hear me when I'm talking, they say I'm muffled or distorted. Other than that this product is much improved from the galaxy pro and the galaxy pro 2.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the active noise canceling and audio settings. I really like the fact that they pair very well with my Samsung laptop that I use for gaming. The voice commands are also a very good addition to these headphones. It makes listen to my music so much better. I no longer have to keep taking my phone out of my pocket to change the volume or any song.

I like how I'm able to check the battery status of both the case and the ear buds by simply opening the case. The phone would automatically tell me the battery percentages for both of them. In the Samsung Wearable application, I like how I'm able to choose between the four different modes including Active Noise Cancelling, Adaptive, Ambient Sound and Off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Ai features are amazing, my only issue is they do not stay in your ears like the Buds 2 Pro. I'm not sure why they look like airpods, stay original. Besides that I absolutely love the audio quality and features!
