The voice commands for play pause work really well. The adaptive mode is nice too and generally works well. The controls took a while to learn where to grip on the systems. The fit is decent but I prefer the 2 pro more on that. A main issue for me is if I'm eating food the ear buds quickly slide out. Didn't have this issue before. This could be an issue for you. Anc is better than 2 pro. Comparable to the best competition. Changing tips is stressful and I can see why people were ripping these. Not ideally designed. Overall a solid improvement with some cons.

This product is flawed. The Buds can fail to charge from normal wear and tear like sweat. Plus Samsung will claim water damage and void the warrenty. Now I have an expensive ear bud that won't charge and Samsung charging almost the whole price of new buds to repair. You lost a customer today. No ear buds again from Samsung.

They have great sound quality (much of that depends on how the audio was recorded of course), noise cancelation and speaking on the phone with them works well, battery life is as expected with as much as I use them (approx 12 hrs a day at least). My only complaint is that I wish they were louder, the max volume and bass range leave a bit to be desired for my taste. That being said, I have no plans of replacing them.
