Good but need improvement
Should have left the same tap control on buds 1 n 2, but the sound and fit are much better. The pinch and slide is a mess. Thought about returning them but the voice control works wonderfully so it's a go. Round the top more and re-introduce the 1 tap 2 tap etc control that was more efficient.

Great headphones
Great improvement over the Buds2 Pro. I feel like the noise isolation is noticeably better. The "touch panel" also works better; I felt like the Buds2 Pro always confused my gestures. Finally, the sound quality is so much crisper (especially the low-frequency sounds). The only confusing aspect is the "Adaptive" sound mode—after two weeks of using the buds, I am still not sure what it adapts to or how it differs from "Ambient" mode.

Skip This Model (and keep your Bud2 Pros)
While these are a bit easier the handle (and lose) than the Buds2 Pro, the touch controls are MUCH harder to master, and not as intuitive. The battery life is about HALF that of the Buds2 Pro. Yet the charging takes TWICE as long. The 3's are lighter and much more apt to stay in place during physical movement than previous generations. If you decide to get these, get an aftermarket case/cover as the hard plastic shell will scratch up quick.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Mikey. We appreciate your detailed feedback, as it helps us improve and address your concerns. When it comes to pinch controls, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro utilize pinch and swipe gestures instead of standard touch controls. Pinch gestures allow you to manage features such as playing/pausing music, skipping tracks, or answering calls. Although this system is different from previous models, it’s designed to reduce accidental touches and enhance usability. If you’re finding these gestures challenging, we recommend exploring the “Earbud controls” settings in the Galaxy Wearable app. This lets you enable or disable specific features and customize them to better suit your preferences. For battery life, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer up to 26 hours of playtime with a fully charged case, which can extend up to 30 hours depending on usage habits. To optimize battery performance, it’s important to store the earbuds in the charging case with the lid closed when not in use. Adjusting notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app can also help conserve power during extended use. not good for city life
Let me start by saying that the sound quality (includung noise cancelation) is very gpod when both buds are in, and they're comfortable. But the reason I wish I hadn't bought them boils down to this: noise cancelation is not available when using only one bud. I live in a big city. It is not safe to go around with both ears plugged. I need to hear more than "conversations and sirens" that (sort of) come through in "adaptive mode. I need to have one ear open to my environment. However, these buds don't offer noise cancelation if only one bud is in use -- so in the bustling noise of a city, it's hard to hear someone on the phone, or a news program or podcast (none of which require stereo). Single-ear ANC would fully address this. And if I put in both buds so I can turn on turn ANC or "adaptive" mode in order to hear, then I can't hear myself through the buds (so I have no idea how loud I'm speaking). Single-ear ANC would fully address this, too. I had cheap buds 5+ years ago that supported single-bud ANC. With the number of mics, I think this would be just a firmware change. I expected far more from this brand (especially at this price).
Hey ChiGirl! Thanks for sharing your detailed feedback about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It's great to see that you find the sound quality and comfort impressive when using both earbuds. Regarding noise cancellation, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro require both earbuds to be worn for features like Active Noise Cancelling and Adaptive mode to function effectively. This design ensures optimal performance. For safety and awareness, the Ambient sound mode can be activated to allow surrounding sounds to come through, helping you stay alert to your environment. The Voice Detect feature automatically switches to Ambient sound mode when you start speaking, which can help you hear your own voice during calls. Once again, we appreciate your candid feedback. Good quality and comfortable
Despite all recent critics, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro has served me well. The silver color stands out and looks cooker with the blade design. Overall, I think the sound quality, ambient noise and ANC works well. It also stays comfortably within my ear. The bluetooth range is great. I highly recommend the SS case. I was lucky to get it for free during preorder.

Poor Poor Product
I should have gotten a pack of smart tags instead of buying these. The bass is lacking compared to the cheap Chinese earbuds. I struggle to keep these on. Swapping tips is a nightmare on these earbuds as the damaged medium tips on mine bears testament to. The battery life on the case is less than what i am used to.
Thanks for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Martin. We value your insights and want to address your concerns to help enhance your experience with your buds. Regarding the bass, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to deliver a rich and immersive sound experience. We recommend using the Galaxy Wearable app to adjust the equalizer settings and tailor the audio profile to your preference, which can enhance the bass. For a better fit, please try using the different sizes of eartips included with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro to find the one that fits your ears most comfortably. Swapping tips may require gentle handling so please refer to our guide on how to remove them to help. To ensure optimal battery life for your earbuds and charging case, it's essential to keep both updated to the latest firmware version, as these updates often enhance battery performance. Additionally, you can implement a few simple strategies to conserve battery power, which will help your earbuds last longer when you need them. For instance, always store your earbuds in the charging case with the cover closed when they are not in use. Moreover, make sure to adjust the notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, or, for iOS users, modify the settings in the Galaxy Buds app. By following these tips, you can significantly extend the battery life of your earbuds. Bad design and issue with ANC.
Bad design per my perspective because I need to flip 180-degree to put it on and put it in into the case. Sorry but I keep dropping it while doing 180-degree turn in my fingertip. And also, while putting on or taking out top clothe, it keeps popping out from my ears and fall on the ground. I may need to go back to old buds pro. Lastly the ANC is not reducing the high pitch noise but amplifying more so it kills my ears every time. Will see how it goes since I've had it for a month now.

We have provided a link to an article to help you troubleshoot the audio quality, and a link to the full device manual to help you discover the adaptive ANC setting and how you can manually adjust the intensity of the ANC setting in the Samsung Wearables App. The high pitch noise you mention experiencing is often caused by an obstruction to the microphone of your device during placement and usage.
