New design fixes that, only objection I have are the "buttons" trying to get the lights to come in is mad frustrating. Other than that I love em!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is awesome and I love the way they fit my ears. The only issue I had is with charging the buds in the case. The bottom of the earbuds do not keep good contact with the charging prongs. I have to wedge a piece of paper in their to get them to charge. They connect to my phone quickly and I really like the new touch controls. People can hear me much better then with my old buds. Overall their very good. Just wish they worked like their suppose to.

When im on work (I work on a plastic companie) the ability of hearing my favorite podcast while working and the ability of hearing my cowerkers automaticaly when someone speaks to me is incredible!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is outstanding great sound signature and easy to adapt as well if you don't like the base stick audio curves with the Samsung wearable app. Earbuds are very comfortable and makes it easy to wear for longer periods at a time. Battery life is amazing lasts easily a whole shift if I needed it too and case charges quickly as well. Noise cancellation is pretty good and does not make you feel like that squeezing the head or ear drum feeling like other ones do. Overall a fantastic product and definitely will get more hands down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THE seamless action across apps. I own a Samsung S24 Ultra, Watch Ultra and the Buds 3 Pro. I love the automatic switch to Adaptive or Noise Cancelling. I work in a ship and it gets really loud. I put on my buds at night playing nothing and I go to sleep no problem.

Good product, the water resistance and adjustable ear tips have been very useful. The noise canceling is great and sound quality is comparable (but not quite at good) as my over- ear earphones at the same price range. The software (talking detection especially) is great, the battery life is enough, and the ui (user interface) is great, But I have one gripe. The plastic case (altho good looking and unfortunately the market standard) is plastic, I would love to see them step up the hardness of thier cases like they did with their new phone- A big reason I bought it, I am a trades man and durability is important especially at this price range. This would have came in handy when I dropped it at the job site on day 1 and scuffed it up.

Changed my pro 2 for this and I regret it so badly. Earbuds won't charge correctly, case would stop changing at any moment even after charging overnight, they don't connect fast enough to my S25, worst experience and worst purchase ever made. If only I knew 😪
