Great sound, doesn't charge well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way these sound. Plus the voice commands work great as well. The problem I'm having is when they are charging. Either one or both sides continously won't charge or take several hours to charge. One side will be at 100% while the other side is at 15%. I've checked several times to make sure they are clean and the port where they charge is clean as well. The light on the bud lights like it's charging and the outer case will show a green light. But when I look at the Wear app, it shows one bud still hasn't charged. Weird, wish I could figure it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. Good mid level (not high level) 2. In ear stability 2/10. Even if you just walk, stick going down slowly. And it put them in a position in which they just falls. 3. Music quality 7/10. 4. Noise isolation 4/10. Also it thinks that metro sounds are something important and sometimes turning on transparency mode :(( 5. Video call 8/10. Good. But sometimes its removing even my voice as a part of sound isolation during conversation. 6. Connection. 3/10. A lot of problems. Once it even connected to someone tv when i just walked on the street. Without requesting it.

Great features

The only downside for me and why it is not 5 stars is I have tiny ears so sometimes my buds does not feel secure and feel like they are sliding out my ears.

The best galaxy pros

The ability to translate live with galaxy AI is a game changer, The ability to use Gemini and voice input is a whole different way of note taking and tasking, the lossless music and functions make these great buds for any android devices

I know the connections are clean and. Maybe a design issue. Otherwise they are great.

So much potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design of the buds and the unique lights on them. I still struggle with the options available for the bud tips and the case charging without being plugged in. Previous model buds would recharge several times in the case without being plugged up. This one is spotty. Sometimes it will charge sometimes it won't. The ear tips still slip out of people with larger ear canals. I would like to workout with these however the continue to fall out of my ears. Even mowing the grass just walking one fell out and I almost stepped on it. I've tried every tips from large to small. Its really hard to give an accurate opinion of their performance when they won't stay in consistently. I would like for the design team to put more effort into the tips that hold the buds in. I am forced to use wrap around ear buds if i'm doing any type of movement. I can only use these while sitting at my desk working, yet I still have to keep pushing them in my ears when I feel them falling out.

Best ear buds I've used

My Experience with Galaxy Buds3 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Visualy attractive, practical, user friendly and reliable. My personal experience with the new version after having used Galaxy Buds2 Pro in the past, was not as positive. The fit (for my ears) feels better with previous version and the sound quality is not as sharp, perhaps because the fit of Buds3 is not ideal for me. The taping commands are not innovative or extra; in my opinion, it's lacking. Personal request to Samsung, keep your original style, no need to look like the competitors. Round lilac buds are aesthetic (to my eyes) and much preferred by my ears.
