[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds are literally more than regular earbuds they got customization for sound amazing ANC with literally Crystal clear transpacy mode that I forget I even have em on the music clarity is out of this world it feels like the artist is right here with you when you just close your eyes and enjoy the sound I love them so much. I literally can not recommend them enough to my circle like they did an amazing job with this one, one thing I don't appreciate is that the gray case is so easy so get scuff up and stuff and there are no individual cases you can buy to replace it other than that flaw it's just perfect, when I say perfect I don't mean only to me you have the option to literally customize it to "your perfect sound". They got multi point connections like when I'm working I have them connected to my laptop and phone transitioning between them almost seamlessly. And one last thing you can hear individual instruments clearly which I couldn't ever hear before with my other earbuds over the years like when I say individual it's absolutely to the letter like a singular instrument among a whole band. THE GALAXY AI in the earbuds are crazy work too like you don't even need to lift a finger you can just speak it out and will change the song, answer calls but not end them cause you're using the mic for the phone but still worth buying you will not regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say, I wasn't a fan of the design, thought it wasn't unique as it looked more like air pods. But innovation on this is by far superior than the air pods. However I do wish that the design was unique like the ones prior to this. I feel like these have the same possibility of dropping as the buds. Translation was fun to use. But again not 100 percent perfect but does get the job done. It's a good pair of wearables and def worth getting if you can get them discounted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Galaxy Buds Pro to the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice and switch! The main thing that bothered me about my old Buds, the Galaxy Pros, was the fit! They grew so uncomfortable in the ear very shortly after putting them in my ears. The new Buds, the Pro 3 are much more comfortable, have better options including AI, better sound quality and all around a much better product

I have had these earbuds going on 5 months now and I've sent them in twice now for warranty and am going to be doing so once again after I pick up my new Skull Candy Buds. Don't get me wrong, the sound quality has been great. I truly love the touchless ability to control volume, track skip or last and to be able to answer calls all by uttering simple voice commands. My issue, time and time again, has been that whether its one of the Buds that day or the case I am never able to reliably charge my earbuds. I wear the Buds 5 days a week at work during 10 to 13 hour shifts. When they do decide to charge I easily make it through the day with no issues. Charging during breaks or at lunch always gives enough carry over juice I can listen to audio books seamlessly. The problem is that all too often either one or the other bud will refuse to take charge, they wont sync up. Or even at times the case itself wont take to charging. This has been beyond disheartening as they were by no means cheap. The process of submitting for warranty service in itself has been easy enough. Sadly, I get my Buds Pro3 back and within a short time the issue starts happening again. I really miss my OG Buds. In the 5 years I had them I never once had issue with them. I regret the day I used them as trade in to get the current, "better", upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds mostly at the gym. Sometimes they periodically cut off and on which is annoying. They also have problems with sweating. They will fall out of your ear and sometimes do not charge correctly in the cas. It happens more with left ear puece than right. I have tried to use AI, but didn't have much luck

I should give a 5 stars but, Love this buds, quality sound is great , mic works great, calls are clear and noise reduction is just great the only thing I am concern is about the disconnection after a call , I am a streamer guy so usually am using the buds to talk in live stream , but if I received a call during a streaming live the buds becomes crazy, connect and disconnect itself repetitive times until I disconnect and connect it again, is really annoying to have this problem I thought was my first buds but I purchased another one and have the same issue that needs to be fixed.

The anc while slightly lower in performance than the 2 pros still delivers a surprisingly solid experience. Ex. Mowing the lawn. The sound of the lawn mower is completely negated. I only know its running due to the vibration through my hand. The ability for it to switch to pass through when I speak is a huge plus. Using them to explore Galaxy AI is a dream. They feel good enough in my ears to wear for hours. I truly love them.

And the sound is good also the bass is punchy and the mid range is crisp. Plus, the voices are crystal clear. And if you put noise canceling on it makes it sound even better. For the price and sound, it is easily the best earphones on the market.
