[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had both the galaxy buds 2 pros and now the galaxy buds pros 3 theres a huge difference. There super comfortable i can wear them all day no problem. The battery life is good especially if you have anc off and I love how fast they charge in the case even if they start to die I can pop them in for like 15 minutes and there already 50%. I cant recommend it enough if your already in love with samsung products its definitely worth the price not to mention the new galaxy Ai. But overall there very good all-around good high mids and lows nothing to complain about unless your some studio nerd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the buds overall. They have great, premium build quality and all of the features work really well. I especially love having access to Galaxy AI on all my devices. The 3 things I wish were a bit better: 1) I wish the buds were not rotated in the case. When you take them out, you need to turn them around before putting them in your ear. 2) whenever I take the buds out of my ears, I have to be especially careful how I grab them because often I will accidentally press the button which will play/pause my media. If I hold them from the earbud part instead of the stem, then I will end up blocking the sensors which will make them think they are in my ear, which will turn the noise cancelling on again or something. 3) I wish there was multi-device connecting. I'd love to connect them to my laptop and my phone and have it automatically switch from the laptop to my phone when I get a call, or have a gesture on the buds to quickly switch between 2 devices.

I just got these about 2 weeks ago. I'm not overly impressed. The sound is great however, they don't stay in my ears, I can't figure out how to change the rubber piece for a smaller one, and they don't hold charge very long. I had the Buds2 Pro previously and they lasted forever. I put these in while I'm at work and they don't even stay charged my entire shift. They don't feel right in my ear and always feel like they are falling out. I do like the new controls compared to the Buds2 Pro. The sliding on the stem of the buds is nice as opposed to the taps on the Buds2. Overall, I liked the wearability of the Buds2 Pro better however, the sound is better on the Buds3 Pro.

Now I can notice when someone wants to get my attention and engage in the conversation without feeling bad that I couldn't hear them.

However, I've had difficulty getting gestures to work correctly. I find myself using my phone more to play/pause the buds as opposed to using the buds themselves. Maybe it has to do with the lengthier design, not sure. Overall 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using galaxy buds for quite a few years. These are impressive! They sound great. Noise canceling is great. Ambient noise is great for when you need to hear what is around you. I also use Galaxy AI through the ear buds, that way only I hear what is going on. The active translator is a great feature as long as it is set up before you need it. Music sounds phenomenal! Movies and shows are crisp and clear. I like the lights that you can turn on, just to show off the pros.

While the sound quality is decent when they actually stay in, the constant dropping out of my ears has made them nearly unusable. Whether I'm sitting still or moving around, it feels like I'm constantly adjusting them. I've tried all the included ear tips and wings, but nothing seems to create a secure fit. The most concerning issue is the very real risk of losing them. In fact, I've already lost one of the earbuds due to this persistent problem. For a product designed to be worn in your ears, their inability to stay put is a major design flaw. If you're considering the Samsung Galaxy Buds, I would strongly advise caution, especially if you've had issues with earbuds staying in your ears in the past. The constant worry of them falling out, combined with the actual loss of an earbud, makes these a very disappointing purchase. I expected much better from Samsung.

The audio is crisp and clear when on the phone and when listening to music it is a whole new level of listening experience for me. Since having these buds I will never go backward again to a less expensive pair.
