I need help because i bought a pair of samsung buds 3 and sent in my trade in device and returned the buds 3 for a better personal fit if the galaxy buds 3 pro, I also did the trade in option there assuming i would get my original trade in device back to me, how can i get someone to call me and to fix this?

They're fun to have... And I like all the new features. But the noise cancellation is not as good as on the buds pro 2. Also, the tips that come on the seem a little big so I did try to change them and they began to rip. Yes that's why I was going so, I'll just decided to leave them alone until they fix the issue and I can replace them. The sound is really good though... I haven't used the AI functions yet.

I don't really like the fit with this new design, they keep falling out of my ear. The pinch feature to pause/skip is kinda tricky. I miss the original design of the buds. Sound quality is good though. I would've returned these but I missed the time frame.

The use of the galaxy A.I for translation, math solving, and many other things really helps to simplify day to day things for me and give me some extra free time. The noise canceling allows for perfect understanding of the A.I while wearing the ear buds in public and it has even helped me to start tracking my health journey a lot easier as well.

The make screeching/high frequency noises when adjusting the fit in my ears and it's rather annoying. They do not fit in my ears as well as the galaxy buds 2 pro. I have awkward shaped ear holes and smiling talking or moving shifts the buds right out of my ears. That is a shame. I like all the features, just don't like the loud frequency sounds while adjusting and I don't like the fit as well as the last gen.

Over the past several years I’ve purchased Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds2 Pro as well as Anker Liberty and Life products. With all I was very disappointed with call quality, microphone performance and especially poor fit and discomfort. Call quality due to all 4 previous pair’s microphones picking up every background noise and fit due to my weird inner ear shape. Even after trying other brands ear tips to remedy the discomfort and poor fit. The Buds3 Pro resolved all these issues! The Galaxy Buds3 Pro fit securely and comfortably in my ears with the included medium ear tips. They have great sound quality and I can wear them for hours with little to no discomfort or worry one will suddenly drop out of my ear without warning. The mic clearly picks up only my voice and my callers no longer complain of the annoying disruptive background noises. I should also mention the functionality of their controls and active noise cancelling performance is great too. I finally look forward to using/wearing my Buds3 Pro ear buds for phone calls, listening to podcasts or music in all situations. If you’re undecided if the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are for you I hope my experience with them will be helpful in making a decision.

The ANC and wind detector always interrupts the music and automatically activates the Ambient sound even though it is deactivated. There is a reason why someone would turn it on to block out the background. It is comfortable in the ear, kinda like the wired ones. The call quality is great

I used them to train for and crush two half marathons, and I was right in the middle of training for my first full marathon before unfortunately tearing my ACL and MCL. Finding buds that don't fall out or die on me is usually a nightmare, but these have been a lifesaver both out on the road and during my long physical therapy sessions. I live up in Alaska, and these things have survived bitter arctic cold, heavy rain, and snow without skipping a beat. The new design with the blades makes them fit super securely, so I never have to worry about them shifting when I sweat.The sound quality is crisp with really deep bass that kept me going on long training runs and keeps me distracted during rehab. I also love the Galaxy AI features—the smart noise cancellation is great at blocking out the world, but it adapts easily so I can still stay safe and aware of my surroundings. The battery life is solid too, easily lasting through freezing outdoor workouts. They pair up instantly with my Samsung phone. If you need tough, reliable earbuds that actually sound great, you honestly can't beat these.

Coming from the Buds2 Pro, these have some pretty good improvements and some things that aren't quite as good. These are pretty comfortable to wear for a while and the noise cancellation is great. I don't like having to squeeze them to pause and some other functions. I liked the way I just had to tap the Buds2 to do the same function. The Buds2 would also show the charge of the case on my phone when I would take one out, these do not most of the time.

I had absolutely zero interest in these, I still love my Buds Live, but I got the S25 Plus and there was a bundle deal & Samsung credits for pre-ordering so it was just too good of a deal to pass up. When I finally got around to trying them, sweet heaven above, they were amazing! The ambient mode lets me hear what's going on around me just as well, if not better, than the Buds Live do. They're incredibly comfortable and don't cause any ear fatigue for me. I'm also really impressed with how well they stay in my ears when working out.
