The volume control by simply swiping up or down the side of the buds is so convenient. I'm in love with them! And combined with the Samsung Wearable app it's crazy! The amount of customization available is mind blowing! You can pick which apps read notifications aloud and you can decide for each app if you just want a simple readout which app the notification is from or you can get full readout of messages, emails, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. Super handy at work. Plus, four noise-canceling modes, siren detection and tons of other options.

I owned all the previous ear bud generattion and found that the fit in ear position would causing ear pain when if i wear ir longer than 2 hours, so I have been hoping samsung will change the design just like air pod. Then the 3 pro finally changed. It gathers all the pros from the pre. Gens. But 1 minus issue. That's why I didn't give 5 star but 4. Which is the accidental touching will drop the call while u adjusting your ear bud, it happened to me too often, I have to make sure I grab to very top of the ear bud to adjust to avoid it happened. Hopefully next gen will gets improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time that I like earbuds these are the very comfortable sitting your ear working out is just perfect I guess the only thing I can say about these when I turn on the noise canceling it really is not really noise canceling I still can hear my surroundings very faint . I've used noise canceling of other devices buds and you could not hear one thing if you guys can improve that I really think these are really the most perfect buds and just a note this is the first earbuds that I can hear the collar and they can hear me with the clear voice I have had any buds do that!

The sound quality is much more noticeable to me as I love high quality streaming devices. I love the features of having one in vs both with high quality noise cancelation. I do notice a whistle if pressed in too hard and how high pitch noise affects the sound as active noise cancelation does its best. My new favorite feature is how the sound changes based on where your head is in location to your connected device! I find that small feature awesome. The charging case is cool and the Bluetooth button underneath is a nice touch just in case a device doesnt pick it up from just opening the lid. I still have more to learn about the device since I've only had it for a week.

The option to switch between noise cancelling to ambient sound when it detects a voice or sirens keeps you aware of your surroundings and I absolutely love it. I've used my buds at work and at home and each time my coworker or my spouse tries to strike a conversation the buds detect the voice, lowers the volume of the media and exits out of noise cancelling so I'm able to conversate instead of yelling "huh? What'd you say?" These buds will be ushering in a new era of headphone culture and had set a standard of technology and audio. Something I have not seen since the first generation Beats by Dre. Best purchase of earbuds I've made and I'm so satisfied! Well done Samsung!

Phone calls for hands free work and not having to hold my S24 FE to my ear. People on the other end dont even know I am using them during a call. And of course music and they have great sound quality. I believe I can use the Galaxy AI in translator but haven't spent anytime on that yet.
