I traded in my Buds2 Pro for the 3 Pro. I like them, but it's hard to get used to the pinching instead of tapping the bud to play/pause or change tracks, and the stems are difficult to hold onto cause of their weird shape. My only other issue is the ANC. I swear my Buds 2 Pro was much better at canceling out sound. Sometimes I have to go to the settings to verify it's on cause I can hear just about everything around me. I know it's not judt me cause I've used the "do you have a good sound seal" feature. These are the only buds where I had to constantly adjust them to get it to say I have a good fit. With my 2 Pro, I couldn't hear ppl 6 ft away speaking. It's almost like when my Buds Live were in ANC. Im also pretty shocked that they haven't updated the S24 Ultra to work with the translation yet. It's their current flagship (bar shaped) phone. I speak multiple languages and would love to speak French to someone who doesn't understand it. Overall their great, but there are a few things they could have fine tuned and upgraded. I can't wait for the Buds 4 Pro to come out so I can trade them in. I'd return them if I knew I could get my 2 Pro back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have the best sound quality out of any Bluetooth earphones I've ever tried. They support lossless audio that can normally only be fully enjoyed with expensive wired earphones. This has allowed me to enjoy my music far more. In addition, the Galaxy AI features all work great. The AI voice detect is awesome when your trying to have a conversation with both earbuds in and the AI phone quality enhancement is greatly noticeable and appreciated. The only problem is the AI features performance in high volume areas, but that is to be expected. Even so the features still far exceed those of other earphones in the same price bracket. I would definitely call my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro a solid purchase. P.s. My pair didn't come with any of the common defects.

My right ear buds stopped working after 2 months. Sent for warranty repair and I was rejected due to water damage. They've never been exposed to water... and its also nonsensical because they are apparently ip57 rated? Switching back to other products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came from a Samsung Galaxy gear 3 frontier loved it used it on every watch up until 2 years ago I finally had to upgrade and once I did I wanted to make sure it still had the rotating bezel and it had a different operating system I was kind of leery about trying but now that I've gotten used to it it has become more useful than the tizen system

Active Noise Canceling works exceptionally well, blocking out distractions whether I’m working, traveling, or at the gym. They fit comfortably and securely, even during long listening sessions. I also love how seamlessly they connect with my other Samsung devices and how Galaxy AI helps optimize audio and call clarity. These buds deliver premium performance across music, calls, gaming, and everyday use.

Features did not work. Turning on hearing enhancements made things muted. The volume was obviously lower and even making changes in hearing enhancements settings did not change anything. My work building has a lot of HVAC fan/vent noise the adaptive noise canceling did not dim that noise at all, it sounded like the normal ambient noise setting. Many times noises would hurt my ears when normally they wouldn’t, tearing receipts off the printer, electronic beeps, etc. I returned them after one day.
