We understand that you’re having difficulty getting your buds to fit snugly, which is essential for an exceptional listening experience. To achieve the right fit, start by checking that you have the correct size ear tips. A proper fit eliminates gaps between your ear and the ear tip, reducing sound leaks and enhancing audio quality. Ensure proper placement by checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds; you will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same for the left bud (L). Slightly angle the buds so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth, and adjust them by rotating them until you find the most comfortable fit. Additionally, you can use the Galaxy Wearable app to perform an earbud fit test, ensuring that you have the proper fit.
