Great potential if they work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the earbuds - the sound is incredible. The features are simple to use and and love that you can use your voice to control them. Perfect for workouts. Unfortunately, I am on the 3rd pair in one month. I Had to exchange them twice because the charger will not charge one the earbuds. Tried everything Samsung said to do to no avail. There are lots of people experiencing this same problem so I know Samsung is well aware of it. I hope this 3rd pair will be a winner - if not, I would just return them for good.

Driving a convertible with buds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be a bit of a unique review cuz I got them specifically to be able to have normal conversations and yet drown out the noise. If you drive a convertible you know the engine noise and road noise along with wind can really make it hard to do much other than just listen to the white noise. Listening to audiobooks, podcasts or calls is really hard. Music eh maybe you can do but the entire neighborhood will probably complain. Not sure how much of that is achieved with Galaxy AI. These really did help make not just the audio but my car more enjoyable too.
Great features, but there's better options else we
Amazing options with controlling the buds with your voice. That's about it. My buds came without the different size buds and theyre special clip on ear pieces so you can replace with different options. Calls do not pick up your voice and when I recorded myself after trying out different solutions online, it would always sound like I was 15ft away. From what I have seen as well is if you try calling to troubleshoot, they do not help at all. I had these in my pocket while going into work in the rain. I was only outside for 2 min and the next day after not using them at all. The left ear bud stopped working...

Bad business
These units have problems after a year the base goes out and the company does not own up to it . Than a person know nothing about the inter working try to lie to a Electronic Engineer is crazy . If this is what samsung is really like I give the company less than 5 years to be in business.

Awesome Earbuds!!

Callers state that they can hear me even when I'm in very loud environments. Galaxy AI works great as well, whenever I ask a question, i get answerels that are perinent to the inquiry. I like that it finds the relevant information and coordinates it with my location. Thanks Samsung for making quality devices that make everyday life easier.

Great New Samsung Earbuds

Excellent hands-free capabilities!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with this product. I use it primarily for phone calls and hearing multiple forms of media. The Galazy AI features allow me to perform searches, make and receive calls, adjust volume, change tracks and set timers without ever needing to touch my phone which is a big benefit while working. The Galaxy AI also automatically adjusts the volume when it hears conversation or sirens. They are many other capabilities that it has that I've yet to explore but, with what I've already explored, I'm certain those features work excellently as well.
