When Active Noise Cancelling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound is enabled, the sub-microphone adjusts the sound based on the noise control mode. However, if you touch or cover the area around the sub-microphone while putting the earbuds on or taking them off, it can inadvertently cause a beeping or howling noise. We also recommend resetting the earbuds through the Wearable app, as this can help resolve any ongoing concerns. It's almost perfect just more bass and better ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and I honestly love them; the design and comfort are among the best Samsung has ever released. I'd say they are almost perfect, but as a demanding user, I feel there's still room for improvement in two key areas: bass and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). ​While the sound is crisp, those of us who really want to feel that "thump" are still missing that extra depth in the low end. I know the Buds 4 Pro are already out, but my message to Samsung remains the same: don't be afraid to push the bass further and make the ANC even more airtight. These are incredible earbuds, but with a more solid bass response and total isolation from the outside world, they would be unbeatable. Nobody is going to complain about better sound and more silence!

My buds worked good for about 7 months, then the sound went out on the left ear piece and stop charging. I was sent another pair. But after a month same problem.
