Really pleased with the sound and feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Galaxy AI for these buds since it really does make a difference to the sound and how it adapts to my ear shape and how I wear it. I use my buds 3 pro all the time, for phone calls all day to music and videos while I'm school or at work. The sound is such a major step up compared to my buds 2!

Best Headphones I've had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them at work where I work with very loud equipment but these block out noise so good. I've also been able to talk on the phone with super loud noise around me and have the other person tell me they can hear me. I also love the ability to use Ai features and hand free options by being able to just talk to my headphones

Great sound, doesn't charge well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way these sound. Plus the voice commands work great as well. The problem I'm having is when they are charging. Either one or both sides continously won't charge or take several hours to charge. One side will be at 100% while the other side is at 15%. I've checked several times to make sure they are clean and the port where they charge is clean as well. The light on the bud lights like it's charging and the outer case will show a green light. But when I look at the Wear app, it shows one bud still hasn't charged. Weird, wish I could figure it out.

Galaxy buds 3 pro great for Blue collar Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 3 pro have a great battery life around 8 hours per ear bud. They work fantastic even in a very hot and sweaty environments, such as painter suit and full face respirator. The pair soo well with asking Gemini (galaxy ai) and allow for endless flow of information. Will definitely purchase more models. Top tier ear buds

Product has good features/ build quality subpar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI has been a useful tool while using the Galaxy BudsPro3 from a functionality perspective. The buds do connect to most devices seamlessly. My issues have come from the lack of sound volume that the buds can produce as well as the buds falling out when doing excersize and motion based movements even after trying all of the different buds fits and placement of the buds.

Unreliable charging

Sound is excellent, however the charging for them is completely unreliable. Case has a full charge but will only charge the ear bud you put in first every time, then when I go to use them 16 hours later the case is almost dead along with the ear bud. Did this from day one and I was hoping it was a software issue. Samsung did nothing to help me resolve the issue.

This product has actually excellent features and g

Yeah, and they've already stopped taking a charge. The pack the case doesn't even light up whenever I plug it in, so they're basically dead in the water less than a year into my ownership.And I wasn't hard and I didn't abuse them. So I'm disappointed in that and I can't find my receipt so I'm not even sure that I can warranty them. So i've sat in with a pair of three hundred dollar earbuds they're doing me no good

Very comfortable, great sound

They integrate into galaxy ai seamlessly and response is amazing. Love the sound quality and easy connection. Only thing I'd change is the angle of the stems makes pressure clicks tricky.
