[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing some OG Galaxy buds for years but my daughter and I decided to upgrade when the new buds 3 pro came out because they seem to have wonderful features. Well they aren't the best. No matter what ear tip I use they just don't stay in well. So, wearing them well I exercise is a big fat no because the second I start sweating they fall right out of my ears and from that point on they have to go in my bag because they refuse to stay in while I'm perspiring. The next big problem is the fact that they consistently don't charge. You think they're charging until you get the notice that they stopped charging. I have to wipe them out with a q-tip which sometimes helps but I shouldn't have to do maintenance every single day with a freaking q-tip and alcohol. I wore my old Galaxy buds and I probably cleaned them twice in 5 years lmao. I am terribly unhappy with these earbuds and I wish I had my old ones back 😓

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my buds 2 pro for the buds 3 pro and I love the buds 3 pro. ANC is better on this buds and all the other features when compared to my old buds 2 pro. The AI features is a plus too. Live translate is useful. Overall 10/10 :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise canceling feature works great when I'm traveling, since it blocks all sounds while you're listening to music, watching a movie, etc. While also letting you hear any announcements, which are detected automatically. Also great for workouts, since they have a great fit for the ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using these earbuds overall — the sound quality is crisp, the bass is deep without being overwhelming, and the Bluetooth connection is fast and reliable. The battery life is also excellent; I can go through a full day of work and still have plenty of charge left. The touch controls are intuitive, and the case is compact and easy to carry around. That being said, my biggest issue is that the earbuds just don’t stay in my ears very well. Even with the different ear tip sizes, they tend to slip out, especially when I’m moving around. This can get frustrating at times, especially since everything else about them is great. If Samsung could improve the fit or add more secure options for people with different ear shapes, these would be perfect. Until then, I’d say they’re still an excellent choice if comfort and staying power aren’t deal-breakers for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds are really comfortable and the noise cancellation is amazing. Galaxy AI features are really great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the slight clicking noise that sometimes come in the right bud. But no issues apart from that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long day of use or after using while exercising, the case will not charge the bids with the right bud in case. I continue to get a flashing red light for several hours. If I leave both buds in the case and in the charger for several hours, it will finally charge both the case and buds. Other than this big inconvenience I enjoy the buds. They have great sound and look amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, these buds are really nice looking, it has pretty good water resistance and dust protection . I have used these buds in really dusty places and I can confidently say that these are really good. But it has some flaws too , buds become almost unusable after sweating a lil bit. After 3-4 months of usage the bud on the left side started tweaking. There were issues with audio, audio kept dissappearing for 3-10 seconds. After 6 months buds couldn't charge from the case even case had 100% battery. I had to put them inside case and then plug in the power adapter to case in order to charge them. And some might call these buds heavy but as a person who has been using these buds since the end of november at least two hours per day, I think that the weight is fine. But I have problems with their fitting. They tend to fall even after a small exercise or work or even while i am brushing my teeth. I and one of the things that I like about these buds is the design. Design of these are perfect, with very edgy and slick look. Overall, my experience with these buds were quite awesome even with those issues. Hope you can fix those issues ,so others won't face these issues. And as long as you keep improving the next versions of buds, I will definitely stick with the galaxy buds. Sound quality 9/10 Noise canceling 8.7/10 Design 9.9/10 Overall 9.4/10

The buds 3 pro has the best AI features, my personal favorite is live translate. I use my buds at work and when im working or taking my dog on walks. I always recommend Samsung anything to everyone because it good quality produces!

As a mechanic I can't always touch my phone when I need to answer a call, or text so this is amazing. The comfort of the new style is superior to all other models I know because I've had them all.
