Having battery issues on the right ear bud
Having issues with the battery in the right ear bud will not stay charged only for a few hours now very disappointed in this product considering the price i paid

If your Galaxy earbuds aren't charging or turning on, the problem might be with the earbuds or the charging case. Using an unapproved charger can cause charging issues and may damage the earbuds. Try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting them. Also, verify there's no interference with the case and that the earbuds are seated properly. Best I Ever Had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight out of the box, it was very easy to connect. Switching between sound modes is very simple and convenient and the quality of sound, sleek design and color (silver), I love it all.
Amazing sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have been using my buds3 pro's for about 5 months now and they have held up very well considering what I've put them through. I use them at work unloading and loading heavy items so I can get pretty sweaty sometimes. I use them when I workout, once again sweat factor hasn't phased them at all. One thing I definitely noticed coming from Bose QuietComfort Ultra is the sound quality of these are better on almost every level, especially mid to high range frequencies. Bose has a bit more punchy bass, almost to much bass. One thing I absolutely love is how seamlessly they can be used from all my samsung products. I have phone, watch and TV all samsung and these cycle thru all of them without skipping a beat. The voice controls are really nice as well especially when my hands are full and I need to answer a call or switch over to Adaptive Mode sound profile. If you have a samsung phone I highly recommend you grab a pair of these if not just for the Galaxy AI features that can be used by the headphones like live interpreter. I have a foreign roommate and we tested out the live interpreter cause I mean cmon, it sounds like to good to be true right. And while it did get some words wrong I will say it was about 90%-95% accurate. I would feel confident taking these on a trip somewhere and be able to communicate more fluently. These also keep very connection to whatever they are linked to, i have used other earbuds and they had horrible connectivity. I could go on and on about these.
I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant about upgrading my buds from pro 2 to pro 3 mostly because of the design. I really like the concealment of the 2's. After using the 3's for a week I was sold and I love everything about them from the charging case, the sound, and design.
Good listening, awful microphone
Every person I called while using these headphones said they couldn't hear me. The listening sound quality was great, and this was my 4th set of Samsung buds in the last 5-6 years so I'm a fan in general, but this version I had to return because the microphone(s) were awful

Bad Ear tip design but has good sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design on these are awful for the ear tips. Just hope you don't accidentally tear them because they would get stuck. I had to send my in for repair to have the stuck ear tips taken off. Now for the sound. The bass is great,the Noise cancelation works as expected to reduce background noise (works even better with music and movies).I hope Samsung Replaces Buds 3 Pro with an updated design for the ear tip so customers can easily replace them.

Am i at a concert?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin with the outstanding galaxy Ai. It feels as if I have a personal assistant for free who doesn't like free things right? The audio is crystal clear, comfortable to wear for those long work shifts and battery life is able to withstand those hours and more. 10/10 would recommend to all samsung product enjoyed
Amazing smart watch

Great Sound, but..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds produce some excellent sound. Whether it be listening to YouTube videos or music, they work really well. The noise cancelation and ambient sound also work well, about as well as one could expect from a premium earbud and not an over the ear headphone. I wish that the touch controls worked better. I had the original galaxy buds and the touch was a great feature. I could change what my earbuds did in the wearables app, but not so much with these. The click works, when I am able to find the spot on the earbud. I also wish that they would read my notifications to me like my previous galaxy buds did. They would tell me who was calling, or that I had gotten a text message. Overall, great product. My only concerns are personal preferences, and not anything against the product themselves.
