Battery life is no where close to what's claimed, mine fully charged ran down in 2 hours when listening to music and the bud and tha case runs down in a few days without even being used

There is nothing to indicate when the buds are charging, meaning when you try to use them one of the buds might be dead. It happens ALL the time.
