Upon receiving my buds I had to switch out the ear pieces and like most experienced, they were too difficult to take out and when I thought i got it they tore apart.

Sound is great. Fit is good. But unfortunately several rubber ear buds ripped when removing them the way samsung instructed. Very disappointing considering samsung is supposed to be a premium brand and charges a premium price.

The ear buds work fine the case it came with was hard to take off and it eventually broke after only 2 weeks luckily they were free but I wouldnt recommend anybody paying for them not worth the money.

Absolutely incredible in every aspect. Fits well, sounds amazing, great battery life, and superior noise cancelling with active switching to ambient noise. I can literally wear these all day until the battery dies.

Love the fit, style, and functionality of the new buds. Durable and glad they came with the protective case. I dropped it once and that case came in handy to protect the product.

Sound is amazing. I use these primarily when I travel to block the plane noise and listen to shows on my tablet. I upgraded from the Galaxy Buds2 and what a difference. The noise cancellation and sound quality is great.
