It’s essential to use the correct size ear tips, as a snug fit without gaps is necessary to prevent sound leaks and ensure optimal audio quality. If you need instructions on changing the tips, please refer to our guide in the link attached. Once you have the right tips attached, check the earbuds for directional markings (“L” for left and “R” for right), and insert them accordingly with the letters facing you. Angle them so that the microphone points toward your mouth, and adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds until they feel comfortable.
