[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds for general purpose calls, social media occasionally viewing a movie. The buds doesn't fit quite well in the ear a slips out easily. The battery life is also short for the first 2 months after purchase I could get 6hrs usage before battery dies now its before 3hrs usage. Galaxy AI may not be able to assist the fit but if possible the usage life of the earbuds need to be extended.

The fit really well and don't fall outta my ears as often as their predecessors did. I also like that they put leds on them for if you drop them you can see them when you hit you find my device. Now for the reason I'm giving them 4 stars. What I really don't like about them is charging them. Since I got them there's usually one of them that doesn't charge up all the way after put them in the case and you don't realize it until you go to wear them next time. I actually have to play with whichever one didn't charge until I see the charging icon next to the bud on the widget. Even then it might stop charging. But it still sees the devices. IDK weather it's a update they need to release or what it is.

The audio quality feels richer and more detailed than what I’ve used before. The 360 Audio with head tracking makes movies and games way more immersive, almost like the sound is following the action around me. They’re also comfortable enough for long listening sessions, which I wasn’t expecting. The noise canceling is excellent and blocks out most background distractions without feeling unnatural. Overall, these buds take full advantage of Samsung’s newest AI tech and deliver a premium audio experience.

Samsung has done a phenomenal job with their Galaxy AI. It does come in handy when I got 1 of my hands full and in a rush...need translator oh yeah, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro picks up my voice and quickly get all the info onto my S25 Ultra. Thank you Samsung for being outta this world!! Can't wait to see what else they about to bring in 2026😁

Plus, the built-in AI is super helpful — it reminds me about things, manages notifications, and even gives me suggestions based on my routine. Totally worth it! 🎧✨

I have used the Buds3 pro and 2 pro simultaneously for about 7 months and in the end the Bud2 wins out. While I love the upgrade on adaptive noise cancellation and more control with volume from either ear piece, the comfort and steering in your ear is a big deal. The buds 2pro have a better fit and comfort allowing more hours of wear and better wear at gym. The buds 3pro keeps falling out or needed adjustment even after trying all the different pieces. Also the stem of the headphones kept falling off Everytime you took a bag off or accidentally touch your ears; the 2 never fell out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I wanted to have them. I was mad they were starting to look like Crapple products and I hated the paper button but I got used to that. Being able to adjust the volume is awesome. I still have my old buds but now I just wear these. They for very well. The only thing that still doesn't work great is the auto switch devices option. It never works right. These are not good peace and switching back and forth between the phone and computer. I have a windows computer and phone Link/Samsung account don't make it work better either. I wish it did, that would be so great. Please make it discoverable with the case closed 🙏

I've been a Samsung loyal customer for many years. I was excited to try these buds but they just don't fit my ears. I've tried all combinations of the pads and I even bought some wings. Without the wings they won't say in my ears. With the wings they hurt over time. I am on zoom calls all day and need earphones that will stay comfortable all day. These aren't it.
