[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these new buds, they definitely are an upgrade to the buds 3. I use them to listen to music and to work. I have used the Galaxy AI feature to ask questions with great success. They fit and feel comfortable. The noise cancelling is top notch. I definitely recommend them as an upgrade or new purchase!

Music quality is good and the features paired with the Galaxy s23/s24 are cool, but I'm disappointed with the noise cancellation features. ANC doesn't seem to work that great (still hear a lot of sounds from my surrounding, including people talking nearby) and transparency+ambient mode has way too much noticeable hissing static white noise for me to use them comfortably. Also sometimes when I put on or take off the earbuds, a super loud and high pitched noise sounds off, which hurts my ears :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my galaxy buds pro, I've been using the pro series buds since they first came out, the sound quality has definitely improved, but he new ai features are interesting, I've used the translation feature a few times and it seems to work pretty good. Waiting for the buds 4 to come out, if the trend goes they will be even better.

I love how many options there are. Im using them while commuting to work and at the gym. Noise canceling is great too.

The sound and noise cancelation is better but while in my ear, it consistently fall out. I recently had it on a 3 hour flight and it must have fallen out 5 times while I was sleeping. Mostly when my head was leaning to the side. Other than that, it is better than the previous model

I've been using AirPods Pro 2 for a while, and when the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro came out with a stem design, I immediately bought them. I've used both the Buds Pro and Buds 2 Pro, and the buds always felt like they would fall out of my ears, and when I tried to push them back in, they would malfunction. This stem design eliminates that problem, which is really nice. And I'm really satisfied with the upgraded ANC feature. The sound quality was already good, but it seems to have improved. The rich bass and clear treble were both great. The fit is also very good. I use a Bluetooth microphone during lectures, and it's great that I can wear them for long periods without any earache. The microphone performance is also excellent, and I'm satisfied with the recorded sound quality.

Samsung nailed it with the new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. They fit my ears better than both my old Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and my AirPods Pro 2nd gen. The noise cancellation is better than my AirPods, and the Buds3 Pro work much better for phone calls than my old Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earphones. I have mostly positive things to say about these. I'm comparing them mostly to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro since those were the previous ear buds I was using. The sound quality is about as good. The noise cancelling is good. Here are some things I like and dislike about the new touch controls. The little bar to grip them is an improvement for putting them in and taking them out of my ears. I like the added feature of volume control with them. I dislike that it pretty much now requires two fingers for the touch controls because you have to pinch the control instead of tapping it with a single finger. One last complaint is that I've noticed when in adaptive or ambient sound mode it seems to amplify high pitched noises, which I'm hoping will eventually be fixed in an update. For example, if I'm doing the dishes and a couple of them clink together, or if a fork hits a plate, that high frequency "clink" is amplified and uncomfortable in my ears. I wind up turning on noise cancelling at that time to prevent it. Overall, I'm pleased with the product, but enough small negatives to not give it five stars.

the sound quality and noise canceling features have improved since the buds2 pro, but the touch sensitivity is close to nonexistent and the fit seems to have gotten worse. I find myself using my 2s just as much as my 3s. if it wasn't for the discount of getting them with my upgraded phone, i would not have paid the price.
