Use the AI system from time to time and it works fairly. Do have trouble making phone calls using earbuds do to phone needing to be unlocked even though I gave AI system permission to make calls. When working out buds work great still even with me sweating it up. Battery life is great and they charge fairly fast. Overall 9/10.

This allows the earbuds to automatically switch from blocking out street noise to letting in ambient sound so I can have a quick conversation. The Bud3 Pro are a dramatic improvement over the Bud2 pro. Sound quality is better and ease of use is greatly improved. Reference the 'squeeze the stem' instructions, you press the flat side and there is actually a flat button click you will feel and hear. Very pleased with my purchase and would do again.

Ear bud design was horrible, the way they fit in the case was weird and awkward to remove or put back in, they dont sound nearly as good as my Buds 2 Pros. Didnt like the stem design, hope they go back to the other form factor rather than copy other product designs. Sent back the earbuds and the case, Samsung said there was no case in the box and charged me for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be my second set of Samsung Buds Pro. My first set was the Buds Pro2 and I was very happy with the sound and noise canceling. These Buds Pro3 are even better. The Translator feature is nice because in deal with Spanish speaking customers regularly and it helps me to figure out what they need. The Galaxy AI enhanced equalizer and adaptive noise canceling is great. Glad I got these.

They fall out of your ear consistently if you're ear produces a lot of wetness when listening to music, If you loose an ear bud Samsung does not sell individual ear pieces to replace the one you lost so that's a complete waste of money. They also automatically skip or pause in their own, only thing good about them is the noise canceling and the loudness.

I love the sound and comfort but compared to the previous two iterations, the touch controls suck. I hate the pinch thing, it never works like it should and it's impossible for me to change the volume with the buds, I have to use my phone or watch. I can not overstate how much I hate the touch controls, I would not buy these again based off of that, if I lost it Brooke these I would buy buds 2 pro over these.

It took a week or so to get adjusted to the ear buds. It would be nice if the extra ear pads were in a different colored box. I kept checking the box for them because I just couldn't believe they came without them and basically had to completely tear open every package within the package to find them. The buds were not connecting to my phone and a friend stated she had to literally unpair every current device from her phone (car,watch) in order for them to work. I tried it and it worked. If phone is paired to car and watch, car overrides all of them doesn't go to last device used. I have not figured out the controls yet to answer or hang up, skip songs and that's just because it's easier or me to just use the phone. Overall, sound is good and they are working as expected.
