Great quality bad fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the overall quality the earbuds but they don't fit securely in my ear. I have tried all of the tips and nothing helps with keeping them in my ear. I have not experienced the galaxy Ai but look forward to trying that out with these ear buds.

I've tried all three sizes and can't seem to get them to stay put or get them to show a correct connection via the app. I rarely use them because of this and it disappoints me because I love everything else.

They should fit snugly, with no gaps between your ear and the tip, which prevents sound leaks and enhances audio performance. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—in particular, an L and an R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and similarly, insert the L earbud into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the blade so the microphone points toward your mouth, not straight down. You can adjust the earbuds by rotating them until they feel comfortable. High Quality and Outstanding Sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are absolutely top notch! They fit very snug, the Buds 3 Pros battery life is more than you could ask for! The Buds 3 Pro comes with a very nice case that has wireless charging built into it, not to mention the Buds 3 Pro themselves charge very quickly without much down time! And needless to say the sound and bass is some of the very best! I'd recommend The Buds 3 Pro to any that loves their music or podcasts!
Not Worth it. Downgrade compared to the buds 2 pro
I traded my Buds 2 PRO for these. Its not worth it. The Buds 2 pro is way better then these. Its an expensive downgrade. Sound quality is decent but trying to talk to anyone with it is trash and unusable. I have to yell just for the person to hear me. When I had the buds 2 pro I could be on the lawn mower talking normally and be heard just fine. Don't waste your money on these. If i could reverse my trade to get my Buds 2 PRO back I would.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro have low or no volume, or poor sound quality on one or both earbuds, there could be several reasons. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or they could have dust or debris. Also, audio quality can be impacted by outdated software, low battery, or other factors. Check your earbud settings to see if Ambient sound or Noise canceling is enabled. Ambient sound lets you hear background noise during calls, which can cause interference. Turn off Ambient sound mode to improve this. If your earbuds have Active Noise Canceling, it's best to turn it on to block out background noise. Make sure you are within Bluetooth range. Check for software updates on your Galaxy buds and install any available updates. If problems persist, service may be necessary. These Buds Are For Me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had numerous sets of ear buds and didn't realize what I was missing out on until I got The Galaxy Buds 3pro. WOW!!! You can automatically tell a difference in these Buds and any others I have tried. "Other Buds" always have one that never seems to give off the same volume or even sound. With my 3pros the sounds are so crystal clear in both ears. Your always getting the same volume when you have them both in, without any distortion. You get only clear sounds. No matter if listening to a podcast, music, and especially when you have them in while talking to aomeone, they are always crystal clear! I would and have suggested these to anyone looking for earbuds!!!
My Favorite Earbuds!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I relay on these Galaxy Buds EVERY single day. For me, these are not just a nice to have, they help me every day! While, they do not have features like "Hearing Aids" there are a ton of useful features that I use. Galaxy AI is used on my devices and it comes through by using the voice assistant with these buds. I LOVE the active noise canceling and the voice detection works pretty well. Here is a day in the life with Galaxy Buds Pro 3 for me. - Morning: I am usually hunting my buds in the bed because I fall asleep to sleep sounds with the ZEPP app with my other devices. - Workday: I pair them with my work computer and of course my phone and tablet. During work, I use them to take teams calls and outside of meetings I use them to listen to music/podcasts. - Evening: I wear them to listen to programs when others want to watch somthing else. But the voice detection keeps me engaged when someone talks to me. - Chores: I use these while I am doing chores, like mowing the grass! I love wearing these along with my 3M earmuffs I don't hardly hear any loud engine noises. That is a Godsend! - Calls, I have found the call quality to be good for both myself and the people I am speaking with. - I am also a part time Youtuber and can use these as microphones for my videos. I just have to give some time for the lag to catch up when recording. Hard to explain. Not many problems
Superior Sound POOR Design Functionality
Main reason I'm leaving at 3:00 is because although the product is superior the functional design is poor. #1 the earpiece is too long so when you wash your face/dry your face/anything with your face your hands will bump it. #2 it's too difficult to put these back into the case efficiently and quickly its way too awkward. #3 they grt loose/fall out the ears too easily. #4 the case is heavy and could be half the weight. Functional design is important and I would return these if I could.

Quality headphones

The galaxy bud 3 pros have an amazing audio sound and with the multitude of options for equalizing with the headphones, it has boosted the music to an even higher quality. I also consistently use the voice command feature to help while working which has simplified everything involving both music and podcasts even more, allowing me to backtrack and skip forward with basic phrases, as well as the ambient noise control picking up voices and allowing you to tune out the background and focus on the conversation and the music simultaneously.
