To achieve the best comfort and sound quality, we recommend checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. Look for an "L" on the left bud and an "R" on the right. Make sure to insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Additionally, angling the earbuds slightly so the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth can enhance call clarity. Adjusting the buds by rotating them forward and backward might also help you find that ideal fit.
