[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is significantly better then the buds 2 even though the buds 2 were great. The quality of the build is great as well. Ive dropped my earbuds case now a couple times and no cracks yet. The lighting on them as well is nice when im in office and people can see im focused. The Ai features are nice especially the translate feature. I went to Dominican Republic recently and didn't speak an ounce of Spanish. Luckily I could translate what people were saying. 100% would recommend to anyone.

My first time actually using buds and I'm pleasantly surprised. The noise cancelation, sound quality everything is more than I hoped for. I did have to use smaller ear piece on left ear as it kept falling off, not sure if that is common, but now everything is great. The ear test actually alerted me to the size being off.

Absolutely LOVE them. Such a huge improvement over all the prior Samsung Buds. Noise Canceling: Above average. I used it on a few airline flights lasting over 3 hours. They did a great job of canceling all the background noise, and enhanced my audio listening experience. Only thing I noticed was some slight white-noise with noise canceling on and no audio going to the buds. Sound: Well-rounded audio and ample bass for an exceptional listening experience. Fit: I've worked-out while wearing them, and hardly needed to adjust them. They are comfortable and provide a good seal for adequate passive and active noise canceling performance. Call Quality: I can now actually use these for calls and not get complaints of sounding "far away" or "your background is so noisy!" The Buds 3Pro is by far Samsung's best performing ear Buds available for purchase. Compared to my Buds 2Pros, these are in a completely higher category when it comes to performance, looks, and fitment. After owning the Buds 3Pros, I would never, ever recommended any other previous Samsung earbud models. If you own a pair of any prior Samsung earbud models, do yourself a favor, trade them in and upgrade to the 3Pros, now!

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro look cool, but they don't feel good. I love when they turn on their lights and Noise Cancellation as well, but I think that they can do better. If I use Ambient Sound, one of the headphones turns Noise Cancellation on and if they do work, they don't really let me hear clear conversations. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It's a little stressful honestly. 3/10 If I use Adapt Sound, they sound a little better, and I can hear conversations a little better, but they still make conversations sound muffled. 5/10 If I used Noise Cancellation they work. I usually turn them on when I'm going out and I just want to be in my world. 10/10 For this feature The Voice features are pretty cool too, but if I have them on and I use any of the Ambient or Adapt sound features, they start to mess up and I can't hear conversations clearly. So I have to have them off almost all the time. 5/10 And finally, the fit... How do they feel? Do they fit? Are they comfortable? Yes, they do fit. 9/10 They feel really cheap and very hollow inside. 7/10 Not at all. I have tried all the sizes, and I have to constantly move them around because they come loose very often. I thought that maybe my ears were too sweaty, or I was moving too much, but no. I tested it 3 times. I synced them to my TV, watch a movie and tried not to move. They come lose, feel very uncomfortable and it's very annoying to move them around or take them out and re-fit them in my ear. I have the original Buds Pro, and they don't feel like the Buds3 Pro. In fact, they feel better, fit well and they don't come lose honestly. The features are simple, yet nice! Off, Ambient Sound and Noise Cancellation. They don't have these extra features that mess up with the other features. I bought these headphones on Black Friday with a nice deal and military discount which was nice, but I'm really disappointed with these headphones. Sorry Samsung, these Buds3 Pro get a 4/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been bying the updated bud for the past 5+ years and these are by far the best ones! The equalizer and pre-set sound options paired with the 360 sound is a great combination for tuning for the right sound that im looking for and the bass is just as loud and powerful as some of the large 'over ther ear' headphones . The voice command feature was a genius idea!I don't have to fumble with my phone or fiddle with my watch when someone wants to talk to me while im listening to music. I think it's pretty cool that I can say " stop music" to have a conversation! The multiple microphones are a dream when in adaptive mode! Haven't had the opportunity to use the translator yet but im looking forward to that experience.

The design is wonderful; I love the metal color and the backlight line. The controls are convenient, the noise-canceling effects work well. I'm happy that the case lid is transparent, so you don't have to open it to make sure everything is in place. The earbuds holds its charge for a long time. The bass is quite strong for wireless earbuds. I expect the next model to be more compact or/and have even lower, deeper bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace standard Samsung Buds3 which wouldn't stay in my ears. Starting with the pros, the ease with which they pair with my Samsung Note 20 is what makes them my go-to choice To be clear, based on all the research I did trying to get my regular Buds3 to work, I have small ears and most bud style products present issues for me. So, while the Buds3 Pro fit better, they still aren't as snug as I'd like/tend to ease their way out as well. I tried using 3rd party accessories to get them to stay on better, but so far no luck. For other fellow small ear canal people, know that these might work for basic use, but not for physical activity. For that reason, I took off a star. That said, when they are in, the sound is good. I appreciate the noise canceling and ambient sound options as well as the ability to locate them with Samsung Find. The Wear app makes it easy to control them as well.

Both the case and the buds are SO slippery that I have dropped them so many times since got it. I like the rubbery texture from the previous generation. Also not a big fan of the iPods design with the extended bars. It's not as comfy as the previous bean design which was minimal.

I think that the sound quality is amazing. I have been using them for a couple weeks now and they keep up with my use using them for hours everyday. It would be nice if they had some more features for Samsung health, something like heart rate monitor or maybe a thermal sensor that tells you your temperature when working out.

The Buds3 Pro earbuds have awesome features and sound/call quality. The adaptive ambient sound with automatic volume dampening is very helpful, and call quality while commuting in my noisy vehicle bests any other set of earbuds I have owned previously. However, none of the ear tips provided seem to create a seal secure enough to keep the earbuds from sliding out of the ear over time, indicating room for improvement in design. The Buds+ design achieved a great balance between sound and a secure fit, and while the Buds Live provided the ultimate experience with a secure fit, they leaked too much sound and did not provide the best listening experience unless you prefer the live (true ambient sound) experience they were designed for. Perhaps incorporating the rubber wing-like piece found on the Buds+ with the design of the next Buds Pro might be an improvement. Additionally, the squeal upon touch that appears seemingly by random with the Buds3 Pro is truly upsetting. Some users have noted that it only happens when touching the microphones, but I have tried avoiding the mics and have still experienced this unsettling and harsh noise. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, and hopeful that Samsung will continue to improve upon their earbuds and achieve an even better product next time around. Improved battery life would also be appreciated, but I recognize the tradeoff when you have adaptive and/or automatic features available and enabled.
