Great upgrade through the trade in program. The new form factor is more comfortable and stay in a lot easier. I love the new features and capabilities of these buds. Being able to adjust the volume, stop and play music, and the auto sound pass through when your voice is detected are welcomed additions to the great sound these put out.

Ear Buds don't stay in.
The Ear Buds fall out of my ears no matter which size I use. Apparently they are too heavy or just can't fit properly. The sound is very good but any amount of head motion causes them to move and often fall out. Using them on a treadmill is impossible. I'm very disappointed. I had expected these very expensive ear pods to be much better this.

Great headphones
They sound fantastic feel incredible the only minor downfall would be that don't stay in ear while running fast. A jog works or brisk walk is fine but running over 15 to 17mph doesn't stay in for longer then 40 secs which is fine it's all I need but given the chance I run longer I may need the music to push me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been enjoying the Samsung Buds 3 Pro lately, and there’s a lot to like. First off — the sound quality is fantastic. Whether it’s music, podcasts, or ambient sounds, these buds deliver crisp highs, warm mids, and strong bass in a way that makes me want to actually use them. The connectivity is seamless too — pairing and switching between devices has been smooth and reliable, which always earns major points from me. Style-wise, they look premium: that sleek finish, subtle brand touches, elegant case. I especially like the sliding volume control on the stems — it’s intuitive, satisfying, and frankly feels high-end compared to the usual tap/multi-tap controls. That said, there are some drawbacks. First — the ear fit. While they look good and feel okay for a while, after a longer session my ears start to hurt more than I’d expect for premium earbuds. Not terrible, but noticeable. Call quality is another weak spot: when I’m in an office setting and trying to speak quietly, the background-noise-canceling seems to interfere — people on the other end tell me I sound muffled or too quiet and I end up raising my voice to compensate in a professional setting, which I really shouldn’t have to do. Lastly — charging issues. Putting the buds into the case sometimes doesn’t register or start the charge reliably, which is annoying when you’re about to head out and rely on that extra battery. I find the sound terrific. The fit is OK. But it's utterly confusing how the sound from your phone transferred to the earbuds. Seems to be by app. Why can't we transferred all sound to earbuds irrespective of app. YouTube did not transfer well at all.

Best sounding ear buds
Excellent highs and lows. Thought I would not be happy with them when initially they fell out of my ears. I followed instructions and installed smaller ear tips that came with the Buds 3 and now they stay in place. Huge sound, feels like wearing studio over the ear headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds do it all, pretty well. Asssuming you have samsung devices, the device switching works well. The top tier features to me are the greatly improved sound, as well as the persistent equalizer settings that save to the earbuds so your tuning goes to any device. The Galaxy AI with the direct voice commands is a huge upgrade as well, being able to skip a song hands free without summoning an assistant. The battery life is good enough. These are also ipx7 on the earbuds which is amazing, meaning they can survive some wetness. Overall very happy.
Great features slight nitpicks

Before I get into the nitpicks I want to say there there's nothing that would change my mind about getting these again. They work really well in the sound is great. Now for the nitpicks, the biggest one is that I always feel like they're going to fall out when I touch the sensors. And sometimes when I get an extra firm grip on the bus it pushes the wrong button or senses it wrong so it's hard to tell where I should be touching. The other thing is that while it listens very well, sometimes it doesn't really catch what I'm saying well. But I figure that will get better in time maybe Galaxy pro buds 4. All that being said I love them.

You can have awareness mode activated with just one bud in and that's fantastic when you are using just one. Sound is great. One little complaint the touch controls are a bit hard to use and get used to. I am still fumbling with it, however it's getting easier to use.

Quality ear buds, but poor range and battery life. I expected the distance you can travel from your phone to be at least equal to all my previous ear buds. Music cuts out after 20' or only 10' if theres a wall between you. Left ear buds battery dies in around 2 hours. Right one last 20 minutes longer.
