You have all sorts of ways to customize your audio. The hands free commands features is very convenient! Sometimes I can't grab the earbuds stem so commanding it without having to touch it is a game changer! The design of the earbud is perfect for my ears. Overall it is a solid and very well thought out product and well worth the price!

One big bug that remains and hasn't been addressed is thier mic doesn't work on windows laptos especially with zoom. So I have to carry a set of wired earphones just for my work meetings

The buds doesn't fit quite well in the ear a slips out easily. The battery life is also short for the first 2 months after purchase I could get 6hrs usage before battery dies now its before 3hrs usage. Galaxy AI may not be able to assist the fit but if possible the usage life of the earbuds need to be extended.

These buds are amazing! Once I was able to mess with the settings in galaxy wearable. It was just extremely convenient to have on. Even when around people, I am able to keep them in my ears. I no longer have to take them out to conduct a conversation. With my watch ultra, I am able to change my setting right on my wrist. If I felt like singing with the music. I just change the setting on the spot. So much advancements in technology. If only I can share my other bud with someone for translation purposes. That would be amazing!!! But no...

Honestly, they have been phenomenal. I have owned the original Galaxy Buds and Buds 2 Pro. These are far superior in fit and sound. I read a couple of reviews that gave the Buds 2 pro more kudos and I just don't see it. These fit great only takes a little to get used to the controls as I have never had stem earbuds. Great purchase

These are the most comfortable Samsung buds I've used. Between the new design and the updated features, these buds are worth it! They fit perfectly in my ears, and I often forget I'm wearing them as the active noise passthrough is so good. I also love being able to quickly shift to ANC with a quick pinch of the stem. The ANC has been the best I've tried on buds so far as well, very happy with my upgrade!

So I had an expectation that they needed to meet for the new version. As usual I waited a considerable amount of time before making the upgrade. I do this the avoid a majority of bugs and early issues not caught before release. At first the new Buds seemed great; new features, updated other features, added new capabilities. However, I have found an issue with my Buds. At times while I'm listening to my music (which is the main use of the product), I will experience periods where the volume in one or both Buds cuts out. I'm also having an issue with people being able to hear me on the device when taking and makinging calls. I'm not completely impressed with the device. I now have to start the daunting process of getting a replacement for the malfunctioning device. "Yeah" Come on folks step it up.
