The Galaxy AI has been super useful especially when on my motorcycle and there are sirens around me. The buds make sure I am alert and allow ambient noise to come through to let me hear the sirens. Overall I could not be more please with the performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin? These buds are pretty good when in comes to soud, noise cancelation, comfortability, and features. The thing i have an issue is with the charging case. For some reason they don't always charge. I constantly get a notification on my phone to check that the case is charged and to make sure the buds are dry, even after wearing them for only 20 minutes. So when I go to use them I get the little chime that indicates that the battery is low, so what good do all these features do if they are not charged. I had to put something inside the case to keep them pressed down on the little charging pins. It's absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. See attached image to see what I mean.

I wear them while working and even with nothing playing, the ambient noise just fades away; it's so nice and helps greatly with focus.
