Sometimes when you try to push them or adjust them in your ears, you'll hear a loud high pitched sound. This happens in Ambient mode generally. I noticed the left led blade light is brighter than the right one. Other than those two minor issues, these earbuds work well and the sound is good in spite of being wireless. I recommend lowering the highs and increasing the lows in the EQ, these earbuds come out of the box sounding bright. If you're looking for audiophile levels of audio quality, go for wired around the same price or higher.

I'm so upset about these. Only reason I got these was because my buds2pro finally conked out. I only got these like 2/3 weeks ago and this past week one fell out of my ear while walking and it fell down into a grate. I've never had a problem with buds falling out. I feel like this is a faulty product. It also smelled bad, like chemicals. Such a waste of money.

I love these!!! Some of the best headphones i've ever had. I like how long they last and how clear they are.And it's perfect for the gym because they're noise canceling, but they're not cumbersome. I'm able to do everything and they don't even slip out.

Huge improvment over the first GBP. Better than my wifes Airpods Pro. Phone calls are crystal clear. AI and voice controls are handy. Stem controls are much easier to use than the first GBP. The fitment is miles ahead of the first GBP which I always had issues with and would always fall out while running. These GBP3 seal better and stay in no problem. I have not had tearing issus with the ear tips. The only thing that is a little odd is I find myself having to use a little brain power to put them back in their case. Other ear buds just fall into place when they touch their case. These have to be positioned just right since the stem isnt round. I wouldn't let this deter you from them. They are great.

Great sounding ear buds. It's a little brighter than the Buds2 Pro. It sounds like a pair of regular iem. For those who've heard many TWS ear buds know that these ear buds sound a little off, But this pair sounds more natural. My only gripe is the ear tips suck. Why does Samsung change the tip every iteration? The silicone tips they provided are not great. I prefer foam tips. Why doesn't Samsung provide foam tips? And yes, the tips are hard to take off. I should say tricky. You have no grip to try to pull the collar, and pulling on the silicone will break it. Samsung, if you read this, just stick to the tube type ear tips like the Buds2 Pro. Changing it every time is a BAD idea, especially when the new one is junk.

However, I wish they offered more color options for the Galaxy Buds Pro to better match my style, and a broader selection of rubber ear tips to accommodate different ear shapes. While the rubber tips are decent in quality, I have small ears, so they sometimes slip out during activities, which can be inconvenient. These earbuds sound great, but it does have one slight flaw. Whenever you are trying to pause or skip a song with your opposite hand it is a hassle trying to pinch the stem in the correct way. Other than that these earbuds are great. Connected great to my S20+ and the sound quality is amazing. The ANC is pretty good too. I wouldn't recommend using these instead of earmuffs for construction or at the range. Overall it's way better than my Galaxy Buds Live I had before.
