They had the design down pat! There was nothing wrong with pro 2 setup. The tech, quality of materials, and advancements are frickn outstanding! It's the design, the lack of ability for a snug fit that damages this product. I love Samsung and about 80% of their products however the tech advancements alone are not enough to go from pro 2 to pro 3, just because of the design alone. I would recommend the 3's unless like me you're an audiophile. That's someone who loves music;) say a 7 out of 10 maybe. Imo: Should have just made the buds with spikes that stick out of your ear. Like a bud on a stick:) they could call us spikeheads! They'd have had a place for directional mics and since everyone's ear it different the ability to spin and set them would have been astounding.

The main use is for listening to podcasts in an outdoor setting. The noise canceling is great when you get a good seal in your ear. I take them everywhere I go.

I love the shape and the opening but putting the tips of the buds into the case is a little annoying. The earbuds themselves are flawless though. I use it for music, podcasts, videos and phone calls and it functions perfectly. I love the gesture controls as well. They works quite well. A lot better than the previous gen that required me to tap my ear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my first pair of Samsung Earbuds, and I have not been disappointed! Last year, I got a Galaxy 9 Tablet. I just upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S25 Ultra and then saw an in-depth review of these buds on YouTube. I thought they had all the features I'd need, so I took the plunge. I had an 8 track home Midi studio in the 80s, and got spoiled on Pro-Am gear. I also have some hearing loss, so I wondered if I'd be wasting my time getting these, since I wear hearing aids. I was pleasantly not surprised! They're ANC buds, with all kinds of features. They'll pause your source if a call comes in, when you tap to answer. They have great call audio. They have Dolby Atmos. They have sound settings by age bracket, and the Wearable app gives you ultimate control of sound processing with a graphic EQ, Head Follow (for video soundtracks) and noise cancellation parameters. They paired easily to my phone & Tablet and I will be pairing with my Samsung TV. Battery life is good, at 6 hours, with a total of 22 including the case (depending on ANC settings, which use more power). They have configurable lights on the back of the stems. Because of my hearing loss, I configured the lower half of the graphic EQ to match the "Bass boost" preset and the upper half to the "Dynamic" preset, and I get as good sound as I used to get on my 16 track Tascam mixing board. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods and come with 3 different sized soft silicone ear pieces. I love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new samsung buds 3 pro are an amazing set of buds the sound quality was a definite upgrade from the buds 2 pro and the design of the buds makes it easier to use both buds to listen to music than the bead design of the last product. The batter life is much longer and call settings are a great addition. The one thing that definitely needed work was the adaptive mode and the Galaxy AI attached to it. It felt like it wasn't noise canceling when I thought it definitely should rather it sounded like a dampened version of ambient mode and it wouldn't sometimes switch to ambient mode when I would speak. Although a great set a of earbuds that I will continue to use the Galaxy AI was a little lackluster that could be improved on with further updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to the previous Buds 2 Pro, this new generation has a much better fit. You no longer rely on the earbuds resting on the top of the ear to stay snug, which was a big problem during a workout and getting a little sweaty. The earbuds now stay firmly inside the ear. The new Galaxy AI adaptive mode is nice too, basically an upgraded ambient mode that dampens loud sounds with a little ANC. The voice controls are very nice, although sometimes if your surroundings are loud it might not pick up your commands.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for a while now, and while the sound quality is good, the overall experience has been disappointing compared to the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. First, the comfort isn’t great. The Buds 2 Pro were far better in terms of fit and ease of use. With the Buds 2 Pro, all it took was a simple tap on the buds to control volume, skip tracks, or perform other tasks. But with the Buds 3 Pro, I have to pinch the bud for these operations. Honestly, this "pinch gesture" is frustrating and feels like a step backward. Who wants to pinch their earbuds to change a song? It’s not intuitive or user-friendly. Additionally, I’ve been facing technical issues, particularly during WhatsApp calls. If the phone screen turns off, the other person can’t hear me. I reported this on the Samsung Beta Community forum, but it still hasn’t been resolved. This is a huge inconvenience and unacceptable for a premium product. The design also lacks the unique comfort and style of the Buds 2 Pro. On the very first day, I faced an issue while changing the ear tips. I use a small tip for my right ear and a medium for my left, but the medium ear tip tore during the change. The mechanism for changing tips feels poorly designed and much harder to use than the previous version. Overall, these buds fail to deliver the comfort, usability, and reliability I expect from Samsung. While the sound quality is good, everything else feels like a downgrade. I hope Samsung addresses these issues in future iterations.

The ambient sound is clear as if I'm not even wearing them. As for the comfortability I have been forgetting they are even on. Like they are so comfortable and between the ambient sound and noise canceling I have no reason to take them off. I would recommend these for someone who loves music, playing games, and want some great audio quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Buds3 Pro for a couple of weeks now, and overall, I’m impressed. Mainly because of how much they cost, they are a very affordable price for most families. I also like this version more because of the stem, the touch controls like Spotify and the modes such as ANC or ambient sound. This is a good solution if you don't have a Galaxy Watch or don't feel like getting your phone out. The noise cancellation is pretty good, especially in loud environments, and the battery life is also great. I usually get around 5.5 - 6 hours with ANC on, and the case gives plenty of extra charge. Overall, my experience using the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro has been great, and I always use them daily. Thanks Samsung Team!
