Dissatisfied buds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First they are not very comfortable i was excited to First get them but I feel yall should understand everyone does not have big ear holes. Also they wouldn't stay in sync with each other Then one stop working properly

Doing so ensures better sound quality, a more comfortable fit, and that they stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and increase the chance of falling out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while out jogging, so be sure to wear them with the proper fit. Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips. The first step is to make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. They should fit snugly without any gaps between your ear and the ear tip. This helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio. For instructions on how to change the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips (see link below). Once you have the correct tips on your earbuds: Check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L earbud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the stem slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. Not as good as the previous gen
Both the case and the buds are SO slippery that I have dropped them so many times since got it. I like the rubbery texture from the previous generation. Also not a big fan of the iPods design with the extended bars. It's not as comfy as the previous bean design which was minimal.

These are amazing!!

I also use these for speaking on the telephone, when there are other people around me. The noise cancellation makes a HUGE difference!!! Could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the galaxy buds 3 pro are not what I expected, the microphone during calls is okay but not better than previous buds. Using the galaxy AI on them is pretty decent. The battery life on the buds is improved way more than the past buds. The buds overall are decent, not bad but not great.

Didn't work properly within the first week
My phone kept telling me they weren't charging. Put them in correctly or remove the obstructions. Completely useless and they didn't sound as good as my old pro 2's. Now fedex lost them when I sent them back for the trade in program. Ridiculous all around.

Will be great when they fix the issues
The connection to my phone was perfect and sounded great however the Bluetooth would not connect to either of my 2 Samsung Televisions. I returned them and am waiting for my refund. Perhaps I'll buy them again when they fix the quality control issues
