Tried to contact Samsung support about brand new bud3 pro led light not working straight out the box and no response, bere in mind at the same time I purchased zfold7, watch 8 and flat black wireless traveling charger. No response at all. SMH!

Not waterproof is the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. Sound quality is incredible. The water-resistant measure is only partial and you have to let them air dry before placing them back in the holder

Can not get good fit with any of the included cushions, all show poor fit. Earbuds do not stay in as good as earbuds 2 pro. Like answering calls with voice commands.

You can also use other voice commands for music and volume control. For example, you can say “Play music,” “Stop music,” “Next song,” or “Previous song” to manage your playback. To adjust the volume, simply say “Volume up” or “Volume down.” We understand that in order to have the best experience with any earbuds, fit is crucial. We see that you have already tried the additional bud tips. We recommend checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will find an 'L' for the left ear and an 'R' for the right ear. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the 'R' facing you. Similarly, insert the left bud (L) into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. Angle the microphone, located on the bottom of the bud, slightly towards your mouth instead of pointing straight down. Also, be sure to adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they fit comfortably. You can run an earbud fit test to ensure you have the proper fit.
