Could use some software / firmware tweaks

I was excited at first and then after having them for a few days I have noticed the noise canceling is not nearly as good as the buds pro2. There are several software errors that can cause loud popping noises when in use from both noise canceling and ambient sound. Hopefully it can be fixed in software.

I’ve used flagship earbuds from Sony and Bose, but the Samsung Buds 3 Pro truly impressed me. The sound quality is rich and balanced, the noise cancellation is excellent, and the fit is surprisingly comfortable even for long sessions. Missing critical feature

A premium earbud that doesn't support multipoint / multi connect / multi device just baffles me. I didn't even think to check if this was a feature or not because I would assume it's just standard. If you frequently move audio sources from phone/computer/anything else then these will really frustrate you. Pretty unhappy with them overall because of this.

Great sound!

The sound is phenomenal, however the shape is annoying. I'm not sure that they need the sticks to be as long as they are. When I'm at the gym and try to use my shirt sleeve to wipe some of my sweat off my brow, my arm always catches the stick and dislodges the earphone. It has fallen off twice now.

Not as good as the previous gen

Both the case and the buds are SO slippery that I have dropped them so many times since got it. I like the rubbery texture from the previous generation. Also not a big fan of the iPods design with the extended bars. It's not as comfy as the previous bean design which was minimal.

Superior Sound POOR Design Functionality

Main reason I'm leaving at 3:00 is because although the product is superior the functional design is poor. #1 the earpiece is too long so when you wash your face/dry your face/anything with your face your hands will bump it. #2 it's too difficult to put these back into the case efficiently and quickly its way too awkward. #3 they grt loose/fall out the ears too easily. #4 the case is heavy and could be half the weight. Functional design is important and I would return these if I could.

Regarding fit, here’s some guidance: the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips. First, ensure you are using the correct size— snug fit, with no gaps between the ear and the tip, helps prevent sound leaks and enhances audio quality. If you need instructions on changing the tips, refer to our guide linked below. After fitting the correct tips: check the bottom of each earbud for the L and R markings. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same for the L. Angle each slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth, not straight down. Possibly the best on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my everyday use earbuds. The calls come through clear and cancel background noises from my end. I set my phone to silent in public but can still hear the ringtone through my earbuds. Music and shows sound great, the audio cutout for GPS is really convenient.

Some times hard to get correct touch control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They don't fit as good as the Buds2, but the sound is awesome and the clarity of environmental sound is very impressive. Still need to try a different ear piece for the right bud because it constantly falls out, but the left has been great. I was able to switch the music player to SXM which I like better. Still haven't got the hang of answering or hanging up a phone call. It will use the same ringtone you have on your phone. They will switch automatically between different devices if you want them to.
