Initially I thought the buds were the greatest thing since sliced bread. Vastly superior to my ProBuds 2 because they don't fall out of my ears, but lately there are issues with connectivity. They used to switch between devices seamlessly. Not anymore.

THESE BUDS ARE AMAZING! I went from the buds pro to buds pro 3. The sound is amazing, they fit better and more secure in my ear. I love that I can listen to music and have a normal conversation with out having to pause. 10/10 would recommend. I love the side controls too. The lights are kind of meh but I'm not mad about them. Sometimes when I have the ambient sound on certain pitches will come in sharp but it's rare enough it's not a really problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galazy Buds Pro 3 daily. They're comfortable, I love the look, and the battery life is great. The AI translator works great. I use that at work a lot. The sound is incredible for anything. I listen to music, pod casts, and movies. Voices on phone calls sound great as well. The noise canceling is amazing, too. I've had every Galaxy buds since the originals and they just keep getting better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased these buds for work purposes and it goes beyond meeting expectations, the call quality, the sound and comfort went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this product and being able to use AI with translation is a plus.

I had very high hopes for these, and really wanted to like them, but I think they will be relegated to occasional office work. They are comfortable, and I really like the controls on the stems, vice touch controls. A little awkward to put in the case, but after a few times you get used to the angle. The deal breaker for me is the poor anc. For general day-to-day walking around, but anything that produces any kind of louder noise is getting through. Case in point; I wore them while mowing the lawn yesterday and it was almost like the anc was off. I stopped to check several times and sure enough, anc was on and adaptive was off. Just not as good as the buds pro 2, which is unfortunate. Also, while weed eating the yard there was a crackling sound when I hit the grass or anything solid, like the sudden louder sound caused some kind of distortion. All in all, they are solid for every day use. Just don't expect better performance than the buds 2 pro, which I will be going back to until and unless they address these glaring issues.

I share my review about these Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, I feel you need an update, since the noise cancellation is not very good, even if you change pads, it still does not work, it would be great if you could release an update so that they can solve that issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds Pro3 with Galaxy AI offer a great sound experience and connect easily to my phone and laptop. I use them often for video calls and the sound quality is clear. I do hear an ear piercing screech when the buds are touched while in my ears, which unfortunately happens often as they refuse to stay in my ears, regardless of which tips I use. I would not wear these to exercise in as the movement would ensure that they fell out of my ears.

I have had every iteration of galaxy buds and so far these are my least favorite. Number one issue is the noise cancellation, I can still hear conversations, dishes being done, microwave all over my music. If somone is vacuuming I can hardly hear my audio book playing. Past versions were much better. When quite the sound quality is good. What's annoying is if I pause my book then take out my headphones it will start playing again. The pause and play features are so wanky. Many times I accidently ended my call while adjusting the earbud fit. Not good for running as they will fall out, and my small hoops will constantly hit the stem of earbud. The battery also does not last nearly as long as past versions. Also doesn't come in fun colors. Hope next version is better.

These earphones were my second Galaxy earphones, and they really make a good difference. With the new AI features, the best thing is the audio quality and the many options in the Galaxy ecosystem with the phone... It makes things much better. It's been a mixed experience with these, since it's a great product and it does everything well. My only big problem is that after a few months (2-5), they started having issues with the earbuds. One of them just didn't charge. The worst thing was that I only realized this when I started using them, and one of them showed only under 20% while the other was fully charged. That's really annoying, because when I needed them, I couldn't use them because I had to put them to charge. I would like to see a new 4 series soon, and I would like to have a way to see the case battery of the earbuds without them being inside the case and without the case being open. With this and the mentioned problem fixed and working properly, it will be an even better experience. But in terms of audio quality, they're simply great.

Battery life issues, drains so fast. Otherwise product is good overall. Also the design is bit of a headache. While putting in the headphones in the case you have make sure you align the legs in the hole perfectly other you drop it quite often. Should have been round.
